Mrs Dr Rosy Vaidya Malla is worst dr ever we trusted her alot from first day my sister was so regular.she said us to do delivery in kantipur hospital where delivery never happened and she did experiment and killed our baby..plz plz dnt go to her she is only nice by face. Rosy is so careless so. She said its all normal till 3 pm and 4 pm our baby was no more

One of the worst hospitals in town The management is the worst and there’s no proper place for waiting due to lack of space, also they give you a lot of trouble by telling you to do different unnecessary tests and xrays. Save yourself by NOT visiting this hospital at all.

Very Bad experience.Physican is always in hurry to attend patients so they write shortcut and we can't claim for insurance.They just think about business.They don't even listen to all your problems.Arrogant Doctors and staffs .One of the popular physican told "afno swasta ko lagi afai paisa halda farak pardaina" when I requested to ammend his writing.

Varieties of medicines.

Very unfriendly staffs, ill-managed, no hospital standard infrastructure and cost is not that cheap. Once Dr even send me home with 10 seconds of consulting because he was in hurry. What a waste!

Very poor infrastructure. The doctors serve well, but very poor in terms of service. I wonder how sick people climb their stairs and how would doctors transfer a patient in and out of operation theatre.

I recommend Dr. Dinesh C. Pokhrel (IM, Gastro) and Dr. Meera Vista Shrestha (ENT) from this hospital as they are experienced and provide good counselling. Emergency facilities are there but the hospital lacks critical care support.

Bharosa has everyone Bharosa as long as Dinesh Pokhrel is there. He is the one man army I think. Overall satisfactory.

I personally rate this place non- satisfactory. They don’t have proper time management system. All the patients do is wait for 1-2 hrs for doctor.
