If only there was 0 star rating available I would do it first.Don't you ever dare do the worse mistake of beleiving this place, maybe 10 years ago this was a good place, now its even worse than any government hospital, they simply dont care about your eyes, they try to sell you over priced glasses frame and if you don't buy their stuff your money previously paid goes to waste. The doctor asked me what was my power before, I said 1.75 he actually didnt even bother to recheck my eyes simply wrote 1.75 and led me to room number 6 and I made my glasses which was very uncomfortable wearing, checked me the second time and it was 1.50. Who gives them the job? who are these people where do they come from? Now i got the answer why people oftern dont come here.

One of the renowned eye hospital is town. Lions itself a brand and it's facility is all good in all over Nepal. The staffs of the baneswor lions hospital is goody, they give the genuine service, fast services as well. The equipped is very well and we can get the better facilities there. The medicine shop and glass shop is also reasonable. We can get the glass in reasonable price as compared with market price. The service is very quick. Please do visit if you have any eye problems then. It will be more better I wish you shouldn't face any eye problems in your life.

The ophthalmologists were good but the behavior of the optometrist was very rude. They treated me as if I was begging them for money. I paid for my treatment and I expect them to answer my queries but the optometrist was behaving as if he was the owner of the Hospital. I have no problem with the other services of the hospital but their hospitality especially from optometrists is pathetic. I would say it is not the best place for eye checkups.

Worst Place for an eye checkup. Had a checkup there, the doctor wasn't even interested in what I had to say about my problems. Also, he didn't reply to any of my questions regarding my problems. The checkup lasted literally only for 30 seconds, and he prescribed me two medicines, one of which I later realized I have already taken. He didn't even tell me when to see him again, or for how much I should wait for my eyes to return to normal.

There is help desk and eye pharma + glass spectacular shop. Established for social services by US 🇺🇸 businessman. Consult by senior opthamalogist.

I would not say a bad service after all doc are also human being but they can improve a lot yet yet satisfying service...

The crowd is unmanaged but doctors are good.

I won't recommend anyone to visit here. I totally felt uncomfortable with the environment. And seems like they are doing business there. sorry, no next visit😶
