The hospital is good in way that it provides free medical services to the Armed police force family and they are provide free meal. But the fact is management should maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. The toilets are not clean enough. It stinks. You can easily figure out where the toilet is with your sensitive nose. The walls of the rooms are damp. Wall colours are not maintained at all.

The doctor is Haru West. He looks good. The problem in the hospital is in the toilet where there is no water to wash the hands. The condition of all the toilets is the same, the dirt is also the same. The management team should pay attention to it.

Lies at Very Beautiful Place and the Indoor Environment Is Very Clean and Greenery .. I don't Found any Plastics There 😍 The Staffs Are also So disciplined and Friendly . The paths and The Grounds Are Nicely Managed 👌 . Security is Also Good . Helipad Also Available for emergency cases and Helicopter Landing . Available With all The Modern Medical Facilities

One of the well facilitated hospitals in Nepal. Patients belong to the staffs of Armed Police Staffs are well cared in this Hospital. Public are still not in priority for this Hospital. A kind of chain of command is seen in this Hospital which is beyond the general accepted guidelines of Hospital. With a little change in priority and way of dealing with patients may lead this to be one of the best Hospitals in the town.

I lost my mom couple of month ago in this hospital from covid.She was in hospital for more then 10 days.Unfortunately they didn't do any ct scan or x ray or provide any medicine to save her.It was so devastating that they leave my mom to die there. She was in extreme need of icu but couldn't get it.One of the doctor,Jha had said that she is old now.How he dare to decide the life of people by age and the matter of fact mom is always mom no matter what age she is.We have pleased them a lot lot lot😩but they didn't give any priority because we were not a standard and high class category of people may be.My mom could have been alive if they have atleast provided her an icu.😩

Found the worst service and the staff was not helpful even during the pandemic. I called more than 10 times just to get my pcr test report. They made me wait for 2 days.

Can't even distribute a vaccine properly and they help their relatives.I was in the line of 200 but 2000 vaccines were already finished.All are corrupted can't trust this hospital.

Not for a public . I was given a painkiller for stomachache which turned out to be very allergic that my face and neck are all swollen up. The only healing medicine for them is painkiller. 👎👎👎👎👎
