There was a time when this hospital was kinda creepy but now seems to have taken a turnover. The doctors are good at least in the Emergency Ward. The service and all is overall ok. The place is a bit conjusted. The service is also quick.

One of the worse experience ever I have faced in my life. It was urgent case for me I went there just for dressing. I asked for dressing but counter guy said its closed but you can ask in emergency ward then I went there. There were altogether 5-6 staffs sitting over there. I asked for dressing again, One guy said closed. Caused Dressing time is between 10am -5 pm. I understand and respect the rule of hospital but necessity is more important than rules. Suggestions: Behaves first like Nepalese , Remember humanity is still exist on the earth, take one special course how to deal with the clients, Question: What does that mean ( 24 hours Emmergency)?

This has to be the worst hospital in the world. They weren't willing to take in my father until I payed the admission fee, even worse they had a system breakdown, and we had to wait for nearly 1 hour plus the teller had no sense of talking to their customers. This is a hospital which values money more than their patients. Totally disgusted & WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Quite good service. But extremely bad environment for patients toilet is pretty near with patients beds it's makes too bad experience. Staying many patients in one room is not good it will be good if maximum 2 patients live in one room. I'm not feeling comfortable spending night there. Staff are good responsible.

I'm really dissatisfied with the service persons regarding their very low interest in receiving customers. Let's say zero in customer orientation. There are variations in service charges as well. I do not recommend to visit this hospital personally.

The receptionist service is not convincing

Quite ok service. Due lack of equipments it squired less services comparing other hospitals.
