If anyone wants to visit this place then pls don't. I had the worst experience with this place. First of all they want is just your money. They will put u to whatever test that isn't even reliable. Their reception is very unresponsive. I visited this place because of relative referal because of my allergies. They did some blood test and my results told me i had multiple food allergies. I avoided all those foods but i still get allergic reaction. Even if u take appointment for 30-40 mins they won't even give you time for 5 mins. I had appointment for Dr Anil Kumar jha for two times and he didn't even give me 2 minutes of his time. He just spouted whatever he knows and doesn't even take ur problems seriously. And they tell you to come early for appointment but they will make you wait for hours. They called me at 3:30pm telling my appointment was at 4pm and i still didn't get my turn until 8pm. If anyone wants to visit this place then i suggest you don't. Youll get worst experience ever. 😡😡😡

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !! They made me wait for almost 2 hours just for a 2 minuite appointment ??? Dr. Anil Kumar Jha is so full of himself that he didnt even let me talk , i didnt even get to say my skin problems properly and then he suggested me medicine and creams which was extremly expensive .Followed that regime 6 months but didnt work ...Went to another hospital and my skin healed in like 3 weeks .

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. They make you wait minutes/hours just for a really short appointment even if you've booked your appointment a month ago. My skin got even worst after I started using the products they pescribed. When i told that the medications aren't working, they told me that it was my fault not using it properly and regularly. Even though i had done it exactly the way they told me to. Looking at the other reviews, i got to know that i wasn't the only one who was treated that way. I wish i never stepped into this hospital. Waste of time and money. This hospital or clinic or whatever it is really needs improvement. The staffs should keep their cocky attitude to themselves. Really rude and unprofessional.

I had visited in Jan, I felt the hospitality pleasing and had checked myself within half and hour of waiting. The doctor's prescription were effective and had gone for follow ups. I have been clear for three months now. Highly recommended for skin diseases.

I dont recommend this for people who are suffering from acne at all . I applied all the medicineprescribed by them but my acne got worse and worse . Also , they dont check your face properly and also i think most of their products are really expensive which shows 0 result . And the products my skin looks dull the only good one was moisturizer

I am sure the doctor's are pretty nice but the service they are giving is worst. You are making you patient wait for and hour or two. Like the way you guys work we have work too if can can't see the patient in a given time then why do you take appointments why do you make them wait for so long. Please respect time and value of others. This is so not done I was so happy to know Mr jha very good doctor but Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Worst experience ever with so called doctor anil, wasted my time (almost a year) and money for nothing. Wherea I booked an appointment with a dermatologist from another clinic last week and my skin problem is already almost cured.

If you go here you will have to wait for 2 hrs always and after you meet doctor its not even 3 mins. Doctor doesn't give you enough time and service is worst. I was couple of times but have stopped going there as i get better service in other skin hospital

Hospital Looks like 5 star hotel. Its clean with Good parking. I met Dr. Utsav . He treated Wart on my face,Neck and now its gone. I got no scar, Thanks Dr Utsav Sir. I will surely come back if i have any other issues.

I have cured my fungal infection with Help of Dr Utsav sharma from DI Hospital.I went to Dhulikhel, Baneshor , Lalgadh but it came back after stopping medicine. But now i am free from this fungus since 6 months.

The medicine that the doctor prescribed me for my acne and scars didn’t worked at all. After taking medicine for few months I told doctor it’s not working but she asked me to keep taking on top of that she gave me more creams to apply on my face. But it’s been 4 month now but my acne is still same. Even getting worse on my jawline area. So sad and very dissatisfied.

Although the doctors are good and professional, the staffs there really need to learn manners with how to talk to customers. I had a very bad experience here. The male receptionist, probably aged 19-25 years old was very rude and uncooperative. The hospital administration needs to take these complaints seriously as per to educate staffs like him. What is the point of going to such a hospital where you are not treated well? Had suggested this hospital to many friends and relatives but no more. Please, whoever the concerned authority is, if you are seeing this review then I hope you take this as a positive criticism.

Brought the A Game on skin hospital in Nepal. Infrastructure is good, the interior looks good, and the management till now looks and feels not rushed. I liked the waiting area management, different sofa type seats for individual people. The pervious location was very packed and dark, this looks more fresh and gives a more welcome vibe.

I am glad i found this skin clinic, I had acne and also suffering from eczema on hair. I came to know about the clinic through facebook. Very professional services I must say right from counseling until the follow up procedures. Doctor is polite. he patiently provided answers to every single question I had and helped me get cured of my skin and hair problems. the only thing is the wait for your turn is longer even prior the appointment but it is all worth it

i was losing hair dramatically and had no clue how to stop it. i bees to several places for hair treatment but they couldn’t solve the problem after all the effort i was convinced that it is what it is !! but one of my cousin sister told me about this place and i convinced my self to give a one last try ! i met the ladise doctor there sorry i forgot her name 🥲 we started treatment and after couple of days my hair stopped falling and later on all the mt space got covered !! she is insane i cant thank her enough but i would like to recommend all of you gyus please visit this place if you’re going through same problem they really are great for all the hair problem 🙏🙏

The service in the clinic is awesome. The doctor is so humble and kind that he gives full time to the patient. It's also a research center. All the staff are friendly and kind. The clinic is very well furnished and well maintained. It looks like a luxurious hotel rather than a clinic. One thing which bothers me is that the patients have to wait for a long time even after arriving on the given time as well. They should work on that. Everyone has their precious time. It's not good to waste 2 hours just for waiting for the turn. All medicines are available in its own pharmacy there. But no discount is given on any medicine. It has a good area of premises for parking vehicles. There is a very well designed structure in front of the main building. It makes the whole area beautiful. Shiva linga and Shankha with a narrow passway is very beautifully constructed.

Doctors of hospital are very professional. Staff are also very polite. Informing my doctor schedule and also managed my doctor appointment according to my work time. Thank you DI skin for your service

I have no doubts or comments on how qualified, experienced and good the doctors are. The new location looks and feels great and fresh. However, the front desk staff needs to be trained on how to speak to the customers. Two of them at the front desk had such rude tones and answered my questions as if they were slaving there and not paid for the job. I instead got info from the security dai who was smiling and helpful.

Dr. Sagar Mani Jha.😡 I showed my acne problem to Dr. Sagar Mani Jha and he didnt even see my skin properly, nor did he ask me my history. He didnt ask me anything about my skin, instead asked me to shut up because he is the doctor and he knows better. He was in hurry to prescribe me medicine. I have a dry skin type and this doctor prescribed me products that are suitable for oily skin. Absolutely dissapointed. Extremely rude and horrible. Do not go visit the doctors there.

Saw Dr. Padma Tuladhar and she was able to give me proper consultation which helped with my skin ailment.

Staff from medicine counter was rude. The appointment charge was high. The diagnosis written to me was wrong. I visited here because it was convenient for me. But now onwards if I am required to, I would rather go to a government hospital

Nurse Sushmita, Anjali and Shristi were very helpful. They cater to customers need. Doctor Suchana was also very caring during the laser process. However, receptionist Dikshya is very rude while answering calls, lacks product knowledge and is not good while booking appointments or answering queries. Overall, hydrafacial was rejuvenating and laser was also effective. Must visit clinic for skin problems.

Dr jha Dr sit on the desk surrounded by glass he don’t come near to the patient only sit and look from there . Dr jha only speaks ,we can’t ask any questions or he doesn’t answer.I am very socked the very senior dr of Nepal has no manner and don’t know how to speak with patients

The staff seemed unorganized and disinterested in providing prompt service. I understand that things may run behind schedule, but there was no communication or apology for the excessive wait time. It was a waste of my valuable time and I will not be returning."

The service by the doctors is quite good, but the service by the administrative staffs is very bad. You are not even allowed to keep your belongings in the seat next to yours, the whole waiting room is empty i tell you. What is this? Do they or we have to pay for the seat to a third party?!!!!!!!

I haven't visited this hospital, but I had called to inquire about something, and the person who answered the phone was really unpleasant. She hung up on me before I could even finish my question. I then looked at the hospital's reviews and didn't find anything that was positive about their service. How you treat a customer, even over the phone, makes a tremendous difference, it's ideal to train your front desk staffs on customer service first.
