The worst place I've ever been. My condition got worse with their treatment. I will never recommend this place to anyone. All they want is your money. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL. I was told I had multiple cysts in my ovary but they still recommended IUI. I had regular USG yet they failed (ignored) to monitor the condition of my cysts. I ended up with a ruptured cyst and I had to undergo an emergency laparotomy at Norvic. The doctor(s) could not explain why the cyst ruptured. Maybe an overstimulation which they would never accept. For a fertility center that claims to be around more than 25 years, they lack basic features, toilet with no "running" water (stinks most of the time), seating is cramped. We ignored everything just hoping the treatment was up to the standard they claim but we were left disappointed. Don't waste your money, time, and don't compromise with your health by going to this place. This is my first review, I usually don't give a reviews. I am giving this infertility center a review because I had a very bad experience with this place and I don't want you guys to experience the same.

Reality is that which when you stop believing in it, doesn’t go away. The phrase had a real meaning to us as having lost all hopes . Infertility Centre was a ray of hope to both of us. With a collective effort from a team of professionals we are now blessed with two lovely daughters. Thank you team at Infertility for being our ray of hope. Being in a hospital is a terrible experience, but this clinic made me feel like home. I personally recommend everyone to go once here. They are so caring and give their extra effort to make their patient comfortable which is truly remarkable. Thank you for safe delivery of my baby. You guys are doing great job.. I am 42 years and my wife is 35 years. We had been trying for a child since 10 years. From last 3 years we have visited many infertility center in Kathmandu and Delhi, but results were unsuccessful. 7 months ago I heard about this center from "santan sukha" book, and visited them. With their more than 25 years of experience and highly specialized treatment, we are 2 months pregnant now. I understand they does not have five star appearances in terms of furniture or bathroom, but their treatment, counseling, and infertility service is excellent. And that's what mattered to us, we are grateful for their treatment and our child. Highly recommended.
