This has to be the worst hospital in the world. They weren't willing to take in my father until I paid the admission fee; even worse, they had a system breakdown, and we had to wait for nearly an hour, plus the teller had no sense of talking to their customers. This is a hospital that values money more than its patients. Totally disgusted and the worst experience ever!

An ISO Certified (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007) Institution With the mission of "Provide quality health care to the citizen of Nepal at reasonable cost.", Manmohan Memorial Teaching Hospital was founded on March 17, 2006. The hospital has good amount of resources. However, the management seems negligent in maintenance. Also the staff either are not aware or do not care about work place hazards. Neither Phlebotomists nor doctors care to wear gloves. They were handling used needles like toys, not a hint of caution. They need to have proper protocol regarding handling of sharp objects and handling of samples. On the bright side, the hospital has employed mostly women, majority of the employees are women. The hospital has ample space for parking including an undergoing parking. But the underground parking is used for many other purposes like laundry, canteen, storage etc. It is mostly empty and getting checked up doesn't take much time, that being said the doctors do not take much time attending patients either. They listen to symptoms and are eager to prescribe medicine and finish up.

Awful place to do pcr test. Not social distance and you wait the result in the middle of the parking lot, with construction workers and dust everywhere for +1 hour.

I went there for PCR test, no social distancing, no arrangement for sitting, no one picks the call in customer care.

To launch package Health services and Health Insurance Schemes for individuals, professionals, communities, schools & colleges, organizations and target groups. To launch health related community programs and projects e.g. child and maternal health programs, HIV AIDS Prevention programs and free health camps etc.

Very slow in providing lab report. Though it was emergency case have to wait for 4 days. .... Mostly there is no person staying at report collection . Have to search for the person who is providing report.

communication & customer care is very important . They do not response telephone & email conversation. Must maintain social distance as well proper sitting place for visitor. less facility but reasonable & cheap cost than other hospital . Hospital must improve their management & conversation /communication part.

Worst lab service..patient has to wait more than 1hour just to give the blood sample..terrific experience…

The medical quality of this hospital is quite okay. And the price is quite higher than the medium hospitals of kathmandu but lower than other higher hospital. The owner of this hospital is Rajendra Panday who is rises from Dhading district and I always wonder why he didn't made such big hospital in Dhading district. Anyway, but he gives some especial discount to people of Dhading. Nurses are quite nice and they done their work properly as far as I know. Once I had operation and they cooperate nicely with me. Service is good but also you have to pay good price. Thank you

Never receiving call even in EMERGENCY time 😡🤬 Is this hospital LIFE TAKER or life saver ⁉️ Not satisfy with all services. Give more priority to MONEY than the ones life .... BAD SYSTEM ⛔️

My overall experience was good. The hospital staff and doctors were friendly. Before taking the ticket and other information, first do an inquiry at the inquiry desk. Otherwise there is confusion to know the exact department and maybe over charged for the services provided by the hospital.

May everyone have their own perspective 🙏 but I don't like the service of hospital🥺 Doctor's visit is too much late than the time displayed there as a visit time. Staff(nurse) are also not so caring . This survey is done by myself while I was there in hospital for my mother's treatment as I stayed there for 6 days!

I was here in urology opd for my grandfather. Doctors and others staffs were nice. Multiple medical facilities are available as there are a lots of department in this huge hospital. Can be done better in restroom cleanliness though.
