One of the worst unmanaged hospital. The facilities given by army community is very good but nowadays these people so called Nepalese army should be shamed of themselves even in hospital there's cheating if there is connection then its done on time otherwise it is not good enough to called veteran hospital. All the army staff are so rude.

Most unmanaged hospital ever been. Only thing that works here is a connection. We gave our paitent registration card at 10am but they didnt call till 3pm. When i asked they said come tomorrow. They dont care about their own people if they are in low rank. I saw they had been sending their own people without being in queqe. Ridiculous management.

Sainik hospital used to be an A1 hospital before. Today, only patients related to army are taken good care of. The Hospital management is very poor. Coordination among staffs wasn't good. Giving the hospital 3 stars just because they provide free medical services to the army personnel and their families, who have dedicated their life in service to the nation.

Though this is an army hospital, I found the staff a bit disrespectful. They treat the service seekers like they treat their soldiers, quite rude. Even though I am not from an army family I felt very sad of how the families were treated. The actual service maybe good but the first impression has not been good.

This is an Army Hospital where all kinds of treatment can be done. This hospital provides continuous service to the in-service as well as retired Nepal Army Personnel and their family. The hospital have enough area and infrastructures with almost all equipments of latest technology. Hospital also provide 3 times regular diet for admitted patient which is new and only one in Nepal but common on International hospital. This hospital is established by Late King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah. Doctor’s relationship with patient have to make more comfortable to ask any queries..

Toilet have no water doctor days should be at least 3 days a week but most of crowded department has 2 doctor days so the slow of service at pick time doctors goes for ward visit or other work
