Very poor customer service! 1. Front desk people are misleadingly dressed like air hostesses, don't know what the meaning they are trying to convey. 2. They use computers but looks like, mostly to print bills, no use of tech to improve customer service. 3. The goal is to make money, not to provide adequate service. They can be a leading service providers, if only they had a right approach. 4. Untidy place. Imagine a hospital infested with mosquito! Only possible in Nepal.

I recently visited NCRDfor rheumatic diseases and was very impressed with the doctors, staff, and management. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. When I met with the doctor, they were very nice and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained my condition and my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. They were very knowledgeable and kind, which helped me feel less worried. I wasn't aware that medicine of bathrog has such side effects. Doctor didn't told me. They do all kinds of tests and rip off 20k-30k everytime in 3 months interval.

This is one of the worst hospital I've ever visited. I consulted with Dr Shweta for my grandmother's situation. She wrote a whole bunch of tests and did not even feel its necessary to explain why those were necessary. I was asked to pay tens of thousands of money within 15 mins of entry without being explained why it was necessary. The rest of the staff was also rude, and not helpful. I was told that the X-Ray report will not be given to me, but given to the doctor directly. Simply a loot factory for people who are suffering and in pain. I WONT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE. They will exploit your agony and pain for making money.

Diagnosis Rheumatoid arthritis can be difficult to diagnose in its early stages because the early signs and symptoms mimic those of many other diseases. There is no one blood test or physical finding to confirm the diagnosis. During the physical exam of my mother , doctor binit vaidya throughly check her joints for swelling, redness and warmth. He also check your reflexes and muscle strength. Based on examination , he prescribe right medicine along with physical therapy. It is the best decision to visit NCRD for treatment, we got positive results within 3 months. But the front desks team couldn’t even pronounce patients name correctly, it happened in every visit and when I asked her something she couldn’t even reply as if she was also confused, it was so unprofessional.

Same problem you pay so that you will be seen by dr binit himself but everything is asked by his “team” and he just strolls along and makes a guest appearance for formality..and it was ok if the junior doctor would explain thoroughly but she just writes and you have to figure out yourself what the tests are for and even follow up which is the most important part in a treatment of an arthritic patient is not explained..what a mockery of treatment with a fees of 875 rupees😅😅😅
