Not recommend! Had very bad experience at this hospital. 1. I've been there for continuous 3 days, each day, they take my file, say that they are consulting with some senior doctor, make me wait for hours.. even when there are no other patients, you are not allowed to meet the 'senior doctor'. 2. They asked me to consult another doctor from same hospital's emergency department and changed me Rs. 500 for that. The Doctor arrived after I waited for about an hour in emergency and tells there's no need of any further tests, scaling, filling and other procedures can be conducted. BUT, when I go to the dental department, they ask me to do blood tests any way!! 3. The person who drew blood was the rudest person I have ever met. When I asked about the blood test, he says- 'chahine kura sodhnus, badhi janne bannu hunna.' 4. They charged Rs. 1,000 for x-ray. I lost the x-ray and they charge Rs. 500 just to print another copy! 5. First, they asked me to pay bill for scaling and then tell me that their chairs are being repaired, so I have to wait for 2.5 hours. If you want to know what bad consumer service feels like, visit this place.

Worst Dental Hospital. Do not expect any quality service from this hospital. Your time and money will be wasted. Unqualified training students will perform your test and service. I'm not speaking about normal test or teeth cleaning... expensive work like Veneer Installation is also done by inexperienced students dr. I had installed veneer and with in few months one veneer broke and again installed new one with extra money. It has been more than a year now but still it's sensitive and painful. My Dr. name was Shrestha.(I forgot her first name) If anyone is reading this plz do not waste your time and money specially for expensive works here.

No significant changes over the past years. The management team were confused, miscommunication , system is very bad, no clear information. With growing years as an leading dental hospital , it should have an great system as well as great services for the patients.
