I’m a foreigner with no family in Kathmandu and got admitted to this hospital after a fall in the mountains which resulted in shattered pelvis. I had almost $3000 worth of mountaineering gear in my backpack. Dr Tejsu took my stuff saying he will keep it safe at his place as it’s not safe to leave it in the hospital ended up stealing my gear and never came back to see me. I reached out to hospital staff who did not bother to help in anyway. The staff did not want to help with my personal care as I had no one there with me. They would not give me the receipts needed to submit to my insurance. I hope no other helpless foreigners like me will be subject to this

The attitude of medical and nursing staff needs improving. Please provide care with compassion and commitment

Who said this is a hospital huh?? This is a business house with full of hungry and rude body mechanics. I wonder why people go here in search of doctors and treatment.

B&B is one of the best hospital in kathmandu valley. They do not focus only on profit but also on the patient health for long life. Hospital has experienced and popular doctor. My experience is overall good (systematic & managed) but still there is lot of things to improve.

Excruciating slow and long line. Appointments are only a formality. Perpetual waiting line is inevitable. Staffs not very helpfull for a hospital.Very bad experience, not at all looking forward for the next visit. Probably never returning again. Looking for other alternates immediately.

Sadly not a great experience for me. Went there because my eye was hurting very bad. The doctor was away and had to wait for a long time. The doctor was too old and not very communicative. Did not explain anything like other doctors do. Wrote down 3 prescription, one of which the pharmacy could not understand. Went back to clarify the same if the medicine but the doctor was already gone and his mobile switched off. Waited on a long queue in pharmacy for nothing. Eye still hurts. Wasted hours in pain for nothing.

I strongly recommend not to visit b&b hospital for any services including orthopedics. Negative points: 1) lab reports are tampered inorder to 3x bill. 2) ( Dr SANJEEB ) one of the fraud in medical field is resident doctor of orthopedics in b&b hospital. 3) mismatch management and public relations 4) nir pharmacyof b&b are selling medicines (brand)which provides higher margin to them. In sumup if you have watched gabber movie you will definitely feel like patel hospital. Positive : 1) facilities great physiotherapy services 2) senior consultant are very kind and helpfull. Suggestions: I strongly request not to hire some 1 like SANJEEB. Plz do not tamper lab reports. Rest ...you are private sector make profit as much you can but not forcefully.

Last time I checked, they were hanging LR from ceiling and the staff had no idea how many drips patient received and at what rate it was running. Paid such a high rate for flithy bed in ward, which looked like a room in one of the crowded hotels of Kathmandu, dark with no natural light whatsoever and more expensive than private cabin Ward of government hospital. If you are paying 2k a night then you at least expect to have IV pole. This was 4 years ago and I am sure it's more expensive now. It's not a hospital, it a pure flith, unreasonably expensive and very poor service. I try to keep telling people that this hospital doesn't and cannot offer anything special for orthopedics which any of government hospital is not capable of. It's a myth that hospital can fix bones, a good doctor and good team fix people's bones. I think you will be better if you go to a hospital with lesser infection rate, better infrastructure and more affordable than this hospital. I bet their infection rate is through the roof. I experienced in first hand when my dad broke his leg. Being a nurse myself the quality of care he got and money we paid for that care was unacceptable.

Feels like they are only here to steal. You have to wait for so long. Their timing is only for say. Better visit other hospitals for this price.

You have to wait long time to see some doctors which will be a pain if you don't live nearby. Their maternity ward is excellent compared to some others I have seen. Some of the process could be made simpler when it comes to getting a ticket for doctors appointment and so on. Lastly why do hospitals make patients relative go and get the medicine?

One of the best hospital in Nepal. Very good doctors and nurses. No internet service, no hot water in bathroom ! The pharmacy is so bad that I can’t believe. You have to expend 50% time to buy and return the medicine. No sufficient staffs in pharmacy. You have to stand up in line for several minutes to buy medicine .

I asked the receptionist from ticket counter what is psychiatric doctor they said it is related to vains means nassa (neuro ) realted 😂haha .. how careless the management is... the receptionist will give u false information all the time Sometimes the case will he emergency but they won't pickup the call i tried 100 times . and morethan that the normal dr appointment is 825😂 rip...
