Nepal's first private cancer hospital, situated at Harisidhi, Lalitpur equipped with modern medical equipment. I am regularly follow up this hospital for my father's treatment. My father's treatment was started from Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital , India from December 2015. We did 37 unit radiation, still we are in close follow up. Very good environment, polite staff, clean and well managed hospital. Keep it up, Pls introduce new technology to cure so we can stay with our love once more and more years😀

Nepal Cancer Hospital And Research Center is a good hospital. Doctors and nurses are very friendly. The patient was treated well. I really appreciate what they have done. The housekeeping and guards have been well managed. Very clean. No parking problem, great space. Finding a room and a way is a bit of a problem. It took me 35 minutes to find my way. It would be easier for everyone to have boards in places.

General Ward, which is expected to be the most affordable is over crowded with patients and visitors. 24 beds: 6 nurses in one huge room. At least two visitors per patient is expected. You can imagine the uncontrolled noises all the time. Toilet and drinking water dispenser is insufficient. 2 single toilets inside and two single toilets outside the ward. One drinking water dispenser for awful lot of patients which could hardly dispense typically HOT water, because someone would fetch before it got hot. Toilet doors also need repair. Few of them creaking. Under manned by nurses who were always struggling with over work, however they were proficient professionals, acquainted to tough working conditions. Salute to them. Despite the condition service is satisfactory.

I visited a friend's relative here and I was hungry so like a normal person I went to the canteen. As a hospital's canteen prices need to be low and food should be served quickly. However the canteen was a failure. I understand that a canteen can get very busy in times but during my visit the canteen was somewhat with less than 6 people yet the canteen served us after a wait of half an hour with cold food. That's not how a hospital's canteen is supposed to be. An order of a plate of chowmein and a roll, does it take half an hour, with less than a handful of people?

Hospital is clean!! But rating for one star is that appointment is just a formality in that hospital. Appointment is not accurate I had same issue all my visit 3 times everytime Doctor comes 1 to 2 hours late .. And doctor excuses is about traffic all time Please understand what appointments means and don’t fool your customers. Everyone’s time is valuable

The hospital might provide the best treatement but the appointment are not as per the given time slots. We had an appointment for 10am and after waiting for 1.5hrs we came to know that the file was sent to the wrong department and waited further more for our turn. I don't recommend the hospital because of how the appointments are managed in this hospital and how irresponsible the staffs are toward it.

Worst time management of time. Nurses here seems to busiest among the whole world and do have sense to talk with people. Shouting whole time and giving instructions to people. Although the hospital is better than the other government hospitals but not at all up to the mark for customer service. Their ekai chin means could be 1 to 2 hrs. 2 hrs is like 4 to 5 hrs.

Best hospital for cancer treatment in Nepal, very well driven management services, in addition to all basic needs & cleanliness, internal nutritional meals for patients, in and out pharmacy & other diagnostic test/reports collection services provided by hospital saves a lot of time and energy of visitors and provides more emotional time with our loved ones. Professionalism of Drs and other staffs are key to this hospital’s excellence. My best regards to the entire hospital management/team.

A go to place for Cancer treatment. Sometimes there are delays and constant waits to meet the doctor but I guess that is every hospital in Nepal. I have been recieving my treatment at NCH and i cannot fault the team. From Doctors to all staffs, they have been very friendly and supportive and this has made my treatment so much more easier. The general areas and Wards are clean to it's core and it surely is worth the money you pay for.

The appointment with the visiting Dr.Sudip Shrestha also the Chairman of the hospital is not punctual. He seems to have lots of emergency cases & outdoor patients has to wait for him very long time. One of the doctor with a little white hair at Radiation OPD seems tired & looked agitated while counseling the care taker. The nurses & counter staffs are very helpful. The hospital is clean & well managed, although a little confusing architecture. I would have given 5 star, except I didn’t like to wait 2 more hours to see doctor in a highly paid private hospital.

My mother had a breast cancer treatment here and we're told that they did the good job and they cut off the whole cancer affected part but it's just been one and a half years since the treatment and the cancer is already back. We just found out that the doctor who did the surgery didn't cut off the whole cancer affected parts. I'm just so frustrated and regretting treating my mom in this hospital. Now the cancer is getting out of control and we had to take my mom to india for better treatment and hoping for the postivite results. I really don't understand why the treatment is soo bad in nepal. Doctors here doesn't care about giving proper treatment, they only care about getting money out of the people who are desperately in need of help. So for those people who are looking for a better treatment, i strongly recommend not to treat your patients here.

In my experience there, I wouldn't say its a bad hospital but they are severely lacking in medical knowledge and experience in the ICU. Not having the latest medical equipments is understandable but knowledge and experience is upmost necessary. For those considering this hospital, unless its for cancer treatment, I would advice you to reconsider.

The hospital infrastructure is really big, clean and well managed, has adequate parking. Everything is well layed out and you don't have to wander around not knowing where to go. There's even some trees and benches outside if you're waiting.

Stop going to India to be ripped off on cancer treatments when you have a very good hospital here in Nepal. The only lacking is PET CT, if this is sorted within hospital, everything else is good. Cons: random delays on opd wish they operated tickets system.

I have being on follow up in this hospital since 2 years back after cervical cancer surgery at this hospital. Time by time management is getting worst. Dr. Sudeep management of your hospital is already diagnosed with worst management cancer IIB. Keep your management strong because your hospital had saved my mother so I literally want this hospital to be good infront world. Rating dropped from 5 to 1 star due to rudeness of staff, out of 3 doctors 2 were late. Doctors are calling their own patient despite being waiting so long,

After doing surgery 33 sessions of radio 6 session of chemo my brother died in just five months of treatment doctor never clearly said anything. He was just 43 yrs old there is huge communication gap within the doctors and they don't say things clearly. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Visited this hospital because I lived right next to it. I thought it would be my go to from now on. But I am shocked with the unprofessionalism. Some of the staffs don’t seem to care about their jobs. My recommendation is that if you have a choice, please choose any other hospital. I could tolerate unprofessionalism anywhere but in any hospital or medical industry.

Too much talking and making noise during the duty. Nurses need more professional training especially the senior ones. They should not argue infront of the patients.

My friend's wife had a hysterectomy performed here. Hygiene and service is good, although costlier since it is a private hospital.

For me, i really didn't like the OPD service. I was first in line, but had to wait for hours on multiple occasions. Once I had to wait for more than an hour because the doctor was talking to a Medical Representative. On another occasion, I had to wait for 1 and half hours and more just to show the report for 2 mins. This is insane. You can literally get your checkup faster in a Government hospital than here.🤦🏻‍♀️
