Disappointing Experience with Dr. Pawan Sharma I had a distressing encounter with Dr. Pawan Sharma. I experienced a panic attack without any external influences and decided to seek professional help. I booked an appointment with Dr. Pawan based on positive google reviews and his educational background. During the session, he diagnosed me with "Anxiety Disorder" within a brief 10-minute discussion and insisted I start medication for an extended period. I had hoped for counseling and coping mechanisms, but he disregarded that option entirely. His approach made me more anxious, and I left feeling uneasy about relying on medication indefinitely. He wrote some medicines and advised that I should take this medicine in-case I have difficulties and finally added that I will have panic attack again and that I visit him after 15 days and we can start with the medication. Heading from the hospital to my home was once of the hardest time. I did not like how the doctor portrayed his view. I was not convinced at all, so the next very morning I scheduled a meeting with another doctor which went a lot better, he was more understanding doctor who emphasised the importance of studying a patient's behavior over time before making diagnoses. Through counseling and therapy, I learned to deal with panic attacks without solely depending on medication, I am all back to normal. I don’t feel anxious and I don’t have panic attacks now. The doctor also added that one cannot say its “Anxiety Disorder” by observing for 10 minutes, that there should be proper study in the behavior of the person which can take months to determine. Each patient is unique, and Dr. Pawan Sharma should consider a more individualised approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution involving long-term medication. P.S. - The google reviews are all fake or self-generated, please do not get fooled. I was deceived by the reviews which I regret.

Dr. Pawan is a very detailed professional, who is an expert on what he does. His empathy towards patients, vast clinical knowledge and desire to follow the evidence-based practice makes him stand out in the crowd.

Wish there was an option to choose zero star, this is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen, casually gives a bunch of medicine to people with insane side effects that could cause some serious issue to people and when you confront him about it, he just ignores it and does not even let you talk properly because he knows that he is guilty of giving the wrong medicine to many people, do not ever visit this stupid doctor, save your life and money and go somewhere else, I'm just disgusted by this person.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Sharma. The story began when one of my friends had claustrophobia and dizziness after earthquake. He was unable to do any work and would be uncomfortable in most of day to day situation. We had been to multiple specialist ENT, Cardiology, general medicine and pulmonologist before meeting Dr. Sharma. Many medications were prescribed but no improvement was seen. Then we went to Dr. Pawan's Mind Clinic. My friend was started on only two medications out of which one was stopped in 15 days. He has been alright after that. Thank you Dr. Sharma !!

Please do not go to this doctor, very unprofessional and gives wrong medicine. Deserves zero star.

went to this place looking at the google reviews.. but got quite dissapointed with the administration for making me wait an hour, and finally when my turn came we spoke like 10mins and he gave me medication for 2 weeks and ended the session.. normally the session would last for an hour , cos i paid an hour fee? thus my 2 weeks medication is finished and yet no contact from the clinic. aparrently only reviews cannot be trusted

My sincere thanks to Dr. Sharma. I was hesitant to seek help for my anxiety problems. I had palpitations, chest discomfort, fear of death and difficulty in sleep. Also I lost my confidence to work for a long time. Initially I was very hesitant to visit a psychiatrist but then with many doubts I thought if giving it a try. Someone suggested me Dr. Pawan's Mind Clinic. After 2-3 regular sessions and medications I am doing fine. I came to know that there is nothing wrong in seeking help. Mental illness is similar to physical illness and can be treated easily. I would highly recommend him for all kinds of mental health issues (Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Schizophrenia, Alcohol addiction etc ).

Dr. Pawan Sharma's clinic is one of the best in the country in my personal experience. I had an opportunity to get my relative treated under dr. Shrama who is doing very well. I highly recommend everyone to visit his clinic for mental heath issues. He has excellent academic background, very jovial amd friendly nature. Hard to find these kind of doctors in modern day who has kept our faith in medicine alive.
