Avoid at all cost. Recently went through hair transplant surgery. Dr Udip didn't even care to show up that day. I was constantly asking nurse if he will come and they were ensuring me he will be the one doing the surgery but it was done by his technicians. Hairline was done in 3 min. This is the most crucial part in hair transplant. Absolutely no care for proper distribution of the graft was made. They planted it in rows and looks very unnatural. The grafts should look like trees in a forest, not trees on a farm. Prices also differ from person to person. They are scamming people in the name of DHT. The following day when i asked the Dr why he didn't do the procedure, he replied saying he studied in USA and his time is very costly. Do thorough research guys and look elsewhere before you get this procedure.

Excellent customer service. Well mannered and polite nurses. I did my hydra facial with Ms. Mingma Sherpa, she was kind and detail oriented and ask me if any reaction is bothering me before and after each step of facial. I will definitely come back if I see the good results. But few things can be improved. Door was making so annoying sound as nurses needed to move in and out frequently. I think that can be fixed and gives better experience to customers with peace environment. Plain towel can be arranged to cover the body to feel comfortable during seasion.
