During
my
initial
visit
to
the
skincare
center,
I
was
unsure
about
whether
I
needed
to
schedule
an
appointment,
but
I
obtain
tickets
for
the
day.
I
inquired
about
the
expected
waiting
time
from
the
staff,
who
assured
me
it
would
only
be
half
an
hour.
However,
I
ended
up
waiting
for
an
unexpectedly
long
duration
of
three
hours
before
being
called
in
for
an
assessment.
Despite
being
told
that
I
would
be
promptly
notified
when
my
turn
arrived,
I
had
to
endure
an
additional
two-hour
wait
before
finally
seeing
Dr.
During
my
consultation
with
Dr.
,
I
discussed
my
concerns
regarding
my
skin,
particularly
issues
in
my
legs
and
thigh
area.
However,
I
noticed
that
she
did
not
examine
those
specific
areas.
She
did
recommend
some
products,
which
I
purchased
from
the
clinic
along
with
a
few
others
I
already
owned.
Unfortunately,
after
using
the
clinic-provided
moisturizer
for
three
days,
I
observed
that
it
made
my
face
appear
excessively
shiny.
Considering
my
experience,
I
have
a
few
suggestions
for
the
clinic
to
improve
their
services.
Firstly,
the
staff
should
provide
more
accurate
waiting
time
estimates
to
prevent
lengthy
delays
and
manage
patient
expectations
better.
Secondly,
it
would
be
beneficial
if
the
center
could
prioritize
patients
without
appointments,
as
I
noticed
my
turn
did
not
come
up
while
others
came
and
went.
Lastly,
I
believe
it
would
be
helpful
for
the
clinic
to
address
the
issue
of
inadequate
examination
of
specific
areas
during
consultations
to
ensure
comprehensive
care.
In
summary,
the
clinic
could
greatly
enhance
its
services
by
improving
waiting
time
estimates,
prioritizing
patients
without
appointments,
and
ensuring
thorough
examinations
during
consultations.
