Doesn't even deserve 1 star, the receptionist has no respect at all. After waiting for more than an hour, we went to ask how long it will take to get our first time customer card and the response we got was "If you don't want to wait, you can leave." we were SHOCKED. If the receptionist has so much attitude, what kind of service can we expect? And it was very obvious that they lack time management skill, it was obvious that they call everyone at the same time just to crowd. WORST SERVICE.

Today me and my wife visited this center for Dr Akriti as she is our regular consultant dr since 3/4 visits ..At the reception we clearly told we came for dr Akriti and they did billing and they told us to to wait for our opd turn. But later we found out that Dr Akriti was on leave and checked up was done by team Dr. I have no issues with team dr but atleast i think it is the reception and management duty to cleary tell pt if our regular consultant dr is available at the moment or not?? We would have book appointment for next visit for her as we had no such emergency condition. 1st its was waste of our time to wait for our opd turn 2nd we had to pay 1500 for the visit even if we didnt get chance to consult our regular consultant dr.. I think its just a cheap way to take money from pt. Its totally a scam .. and the receptionist were also not sorry for it . That slim one with glasses on. . I took my all documents with me with a clear decision not to return back at this center .. Hope no one will face such problem again . I would be very glad if i get chance to consult dr akriti outside vatsalya .but i am not coming back here again.

Worst service ever. It does not even deserve 1 star. Why do you guys have booking system when the patient has to wait for more than two hours when reached at the scheduled/booked time????? What is the point in booking the appointment prior to the visit?? And the staffs seriously lack time management and communication skills. From where do you hire these arrogant staffs? Please do train them well before putting them at work. So much chaos and crowd which is never seen even at a government hospital. Literally heard an attendant from 2nd floor saying "don't send any patient above as we are not being able to handle them" if you are not able to manage then why call everyone at the same time??? Also, new patients file was thrown aside and they prioritised followup patients file who had come later. I am definitely not recommending anyone to visit Vatsalya ever.

IVF treatment is not for everyone - it is mentally exhausting, long and expensive. It is imperative that the doctor and clinic is right there with you during the whole process. It is an art and science at the same time. After all the best attempts and intentions, you know that at the end it might not work for you. As it is with many science experiments. Not at fault of the clinic or the doctor. However, people will jump with conclusions if it does not. It is understandable, it's human nature. After several attempts to conceive in the United States and incurring huge expenses in the process, our attempts were not successful! It was emotional, tiring and dark. That's when Vatsalya Natural IVF Center came into our lives. Not only did we find the entire staff and service professional, but quite empathetic to our case. We were provided with direct, straight answers right from the beginning as well as an assurance to believe in the process. Boy we were glad we did! Our sunshine came to us after 10 years! Cannot tell you how glad we were to hold our baby Nov 04, 2020. It was all possible because of the work of Drs. Swati, Aakriti and the entire staff. We are forever in debt! It took us forever to write this. But sometimes you are at loss of words! We are not now! Thank you Vatsalya! Would recommend Dr. Aakriti and the team to anyone who have given up and lost hope!

I am thrilled by the service they provide in the field of infertility treatment in Nepal. I think this is the best ivf center in Nepal when it comes to infrastructure, team of doctors, labs and support team.
