I have visited here once, the service was good.But now it's hard to get appointment. I think they are only concerned about beauty. I am allergic and trying to get appointment but they said it's available after 1 month. How can we stay with allergy for 1 month? Just a beauty concerned clinic. I tried to take appointment for my problem, but I think it's not a good for a allergic person.No priority for the problem. Disappointed on getting appointment.

Dr. Jebina is a pleasant doctor and I appreciated how she explained things. But reaching her felt like trying to call the customer care for an e-commerce rather than a heathcare provider! I was very annoyed by the whole performance by her clinic of being some high-in-demand exclusive service. As care providers, doctors ought to be accessible. Even when they are super busy, they need to set up their clinics as welcoming and caring. Visiting a doctor shouldn't feel like you are out shopping; that's an awful feeling when you are already dealing with personal body/health issues.

Dr. Jebina Lama is wonderful and her staffs are amazing. Everyone here was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I got the medi peeling sessions here.. my skin was in a very pathetic condition, acne all over my face, dullness, unevenskin tone. In search of better treatment i found this clinic. if anyone wants to step forward to your skin care and treatment and wants to get knowledge what to do next, they provide you a free counseling session. later on i got microdermabrasion free from my loyalty card after few sessions of peeling. And they have lots of discounts to offer to students, nurses. My skin never looked better. I say best skin clinic in nepal. Thank you The skin clinic for helping me look better.

I don't normally have time to write reviews but felt the need to write one after the kind of experience I had today. After exploring a lot and reading few reviews, I decided to make an appointment to see Dr. Lama, however next available appointment wasn't till 6 weeks later. So, I simply opted for a routine facial in this clinic for different experience. I was taken to a consultation room with ? Nurse who kindly recommended treatment, though I was treated as if I never had any skin treatment previously, which is OK. As I was already there, staff very kindly checked and got me a slot immediately for my chosen treatment. I thought that was impressive. Paid, wasn't the cheapest for an hour treatment. My demographics were asked including my weight out in open, you know how ladies are like with their Weight, but insisted they required it for the record. I HOPE MY DETSILS/DATA ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND NOT USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Well, things changed after that, I was taken into a room with two treatment couches, the staff asked me to lay on one of them and prepped me for treatment. Door was kept wide open, I requested to close, upon my request she explained what my treatment contained. Hair band was applied quite untidy way, so I had to do up myself. Then horror started - as staff started cleansing my face, another staff and a young boy came, sat on settee but left after 5 minutes, this followed by three staff entering the room where one started washing up in a sink and other two did some kind of inventory. Door was kept open the whole time and hindi song was being played loudly, which I had to ask to tune down a bit. As they carried on for a while, I politely requested for some privacy while having a SO CALLED RELAXING facial. Then staff organised another room, another lady was brought into my room and I was taken into her room, the lady was asked to rest there with three staff in that room doing their business. Went to another room with my band on and just cleansed face which was by then dried up. There went loud hindi songs for which I didn't even bother to ask to turn down again. Exfoliated, dried with tissue no rinsing follwed by my whole face covered with pack including eyes and lips, an experience in itself as I have never had a facial pack that covered my entire face, so next step is to explore about MEDI FACIAL. I was left with loud hindi music, perhaps staff's favourite, cold on the couch. After some time, staff returned to remove pack and apply moisturiser as usual. I was asked if it was relaxing, I was flabbergasted! She waited for me to leave as I removed hair band myself and tidied my hair before leaving. As I left, I felt horrified to see two very young girls sat on a settee in the corridor with some kind of pack on their face with people coming and going staring at them. I don't know how they must have felt, but as a young girl, I would be mortified, they are often very conscious about their image that age. The whole experience was so undignifying for me. I appreciate your clinic is very busy but that doesn't mean compromising others dignity and experience. You claim that this clinic upholds Equality and Diversity but it was substandard. Today I looked scruffy than usual, so I agree with other reviewers that some who looked like celebrities and dressed up, are treated differently and with priority. Acknowledging us as MAM isn't the only way to show equality/respect. The staff perhaps didn't realise all this, and didn't treat me the way I would have liked to, it certainly shows that these matters need addressing for better customer service and their experience, satisfaction because I believe they are your motto too. I am really sorry for disappointing review but this is not only to make you aware as an owner, but public has the right to know if they get what they pay for. PS. I have had multiple national and international skin care treatments and perhaps that made me a bit of a critique. Sadly, your instagram post doesn't match which I experienced in your clinic today. Thank you.

I would never give a review for this clinic. One star is more than what this deserves. Once a sister of mine went to receive a service and during her treatment she got whole lot of burnt marks on her skin. During the treatment my sister did complained about the pain she experienced but they kept on telling her that the pain would go away and when asked about the burnt marks they insisted it would go away in weeks. It has been more than 3 months and they hesitate to answer to the problems . Receiving payment and then forgetting do not take you success. Walk the talk.

Totally giving this place 1 star because everytime I try to contact for the check up having the issues of extreme fungal infection and allergy in my face,they tell me to take an appointment after 1 or 2 months.Everyone recommended me this place but what the use of having the best doctor when they are not available in the emergency. Looks like this place is majorly for celebrities only. Normal manche haru ko lagi Kam Xena yo thau.

Pros - efficient receptionist - reminders before appointment Cons I truly disliked my hydrofacial experience here. When they were extracting black heads with a tool, it was extremely painful everywhere (not only on the nose) and my pain threshold is quite high. The main drawback was that they were very harsh and abrasive even when I had small acne on my cheek. I broke out a lot after the session — the biggest purge I’ve ever experienced. The worst part is that even two months after the session, I was left with acne scars on my cheek after the procedure. I’ve had break outs before, but there’s never been a scar after. I personally would NOT recommend the hydrofacials here.

I have been a client there for almost 3 months now and have been getting my medi peel sessions for my acne scars. I can see some changes on my face as well. The doctor and the staffs all are very friendly and sweet. Definitely, recommend this clinic to everyone who has been suffering from skin problems. At last, Have some patience 😀

Have been going in this clinic for about 2 years now. One of the best services from the doctor and the staffs as well. They take good care of your skin, with step by step process for a good and healthy skin . My skin quality has improved a lot since the first appointment here. All in all, really thankful for consultations and treatments by the staffs here. :) <3

Very thorough. Dipshikha talks you through the whole experience so you know what to expect. She cares about your comfort and checking to see if you’re cold. My skin feels amazing. I have noticed a major improvement in its texture and overall “glow” since starting services here. I come for the hydrafacial and medi peel ( not the same day). Totally worth it.

Doctor Jebina is one of the best dermatologists in Kathmandu. She explains things very well before treatments, and I have been happy with the treatments I have received from her. I have been to her clinic a total of maybe 5 times and will definitely go back!

I went to The skin Clinic around 5 month ago.... I had worst skin but after I went for checkup and update my skin care routine I start finding difference in one week... Now my skin is far better and I recommend everyone who's suffering due to skin problems to visit once...All the staffs are very friendly too....

As I turned 30, I noticed my skin was changing. I had no clue how to take care of it. I was experimenting on my own but it wasn’t showing great results, thats when I came to know about her. I have been her patient since 2018 for skin care consultation, allergies and pigmentation. She never gave me strong medications right away and I think that won me because I have a very sensitive skin. I also have tried few facials there and it’s totally worth it. Don't visit this place. They used Isotretinoin on me & caused me hairloss. Their medicines only suppressed my issue, but couldn't cure it. They sell expensive medicines with no results guaranteed. Look for ayurvedic treatment instead of this business hub.

SO DISAPPOINTING. I saw the reviews and thought it was gonna be a pleasant experience but the staffs were severely under trained and they couldn’t use the machine. I would not recommend this place at all.
