I've been visiting Oracare for few years and my experience with all the dentists, esp. Dr. Tsering, has always been great. She's kind and gentle. The front desk staffs and the hygienist are also very pleasant. I appreciate the follow up calls. Clinic is always clean and centrally located. Doctor Dolma and Rita were great. Since I'm travelling abroad, they even made time for me regardless of their tight schedule. Thorough with the breifing of procedures and gentle during the whole time, my teeth extraction and restoration went very smooth. I'd recommend Oracare's service.

In the11 years that I have known Dr. Rita Singh, she has become my favorite Periodontist. She has the lightest touch in the whole wide world, hence worth her weight in gold! A thorough professional, she is caring and confident, just the person to calm your nerves. Oracare is a place of quality, offering clean, polite and efficient services utilising state of the art technology. A comprehensive Clinic, it now has a fabulous, new and relaxed look on the inside and is also a green haven. The only thing missing is a couple of daily/weekly newspapers, just in case you have the occasional wait.

My treatment duration (for dental implant) at Oracare was fairly long and involved several surgical procedures over a period of 2 years. Dr. Rita's expertise and the utmost care provided by Oracare team made the painful procedures less daunting. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the procedures. Dr. Rita Singh was extremely articulate while explaining the procedure, its necessity, and how it would help me in the years to come. I had been looking for a Covid-safe dental practice for treatment as everyone in my family needs regular treatment. A few coworkers recommended Oracare- and I was not disappointed. It’s very open and well ventilated (especially the main room where I got treated by Dr.Rita). Even beyond covid safety, the care provided by staff is exceptional. The staff are very responsive and professional. I find it easy to make appointments and if there are any changes or cancellations, I’ve always been informed so that my time is never wasted. Dr. Rita did a complex implant procedure for me. All of the steps were clearly explained to me and there was regular follow-up. I felt like Dr.Rita was always going above and beyond to ensure that my implant was as comfortable as possible. Since it takes such a long time to do an implant properly, I really appreciated all the information and extra care throughout the process :)

I really liked their concept of melody music to make costumer feel comfortable during treatment. Other than this, there were seperate sandles for indoor use for everyone. As an Architect I have always been fascinated by the design elegance of the dental chair: functions so well integrated into an ergonomic whole, all within easy reach, including the motion sensitive lamp overhead, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems clean and compact..... No big deal possibly but pair that with Dr Rita Singh and her colleagues as they croon over you, so cool and efficient. And there you have Dental Surgery in Nepal, must surely be world class. I have been going to Oracare since 2015. Initially went there for a very complicated implant surgery through Dr. Rita Singh. For someone who gets anxious about minimal dental procedure, it was a big thing for me. However, Dr. Rita was very helpful in calming me down and explaining the whole process to me before and throughout the surgery. The outcome was spectacular. For someone who is 20 something in age and has to go through implant in front tooth, its quite a big thing. I was so happy with the implant and Dr. Rita’s personal effort that there was no looking back there-onwards. The clinic itself is very clean and ambience is very soothing (especially for people like me who has anxiety going through any kind of dental procedures). Reception staff are wonderful and always helpful. Ishwori has always been there for immediate assistance for any needs. I would always recommend Oracare confidently to my friends and family as my personal experience there itself has been the best. By the way the Implant tooth that I have looks natural and I cannot thank Dr. Rita enough for making my smile beautiful. :)
