I
have
been
having
perennial
allergic
rhinitis
for
a
long
time
and
now
it’s
progressed
to
asthma.
It’s
really
frustrating.
It
had
influenced
my
daily
activity,
my
sleep
and
my
quality
of
life.
I
have
to
take

all
the
time
and
the

I
stop

can

When
s
we
met
for
the
first
time
he
asked
about
my
problems
and
after
listening
what
I
had
to
say
he
gave
me
lot
of
information
about
allergies,
how
to
identify
allergens,
avoid
them
and
different
options
to
treat
them.
First
he
started
my
treatment
with
minimal
medication
and
that
too
not
a
single
one
that
I
had
to
take
by
mouth
which
was
already
a
big
relief
to
me.
I
followed
his
instructions
and
found
by
symptoms
have
alleviated
within
few
days.
He
also
gave
me
another
appointment
for
skin
allergy
test
to
identify
the
particular
allergen
that
have
troubled
me.
After
this
test
I
came
to
know
about
the
allergens
that
are
troublesome
to
me.
Dr.
Gautam
also
educated
me
about
the
ways
to
avoid
them
which
is
as
valuable
to
me
as
the
treatment
itself.
Since
my
symptoms
are
controlled
he
have
advised
to
wait
for
a
couple
of
months.
If
my
symptoms
do
exacerbate
again
we
have
to
switch
to
immunotherapy
which
is
the
best
treatment
for
people
like
me.
Dr.
Gautam
is
a
fine
gentleman
who
is
very
polite
to
his
patients
and
a
stalwart
in
his
specialty.
If

or

which
affects
one’s
health
or
quality
of
life,
I
strongly
recommend
to

and

Center.
