Very bad service. The staff don't talk propey. There are so many labs and they think they are the only ones. Have to pay seperately in the same clinic for services on seperate floors. They said that doctor will come at 8:15 and your turn will come at 8:30, then they call us at 7:55 to tell doctor is leaving otherwise come within 5 Minutes. Is the doctor so VIP that he won't even wait for allotted time????

They have one of the best facilities (though a little pricey on some headings) but no one can bargain with their health. Service is good and prompt.

My appointment was at 1 at the dental clinic, which the receptionists shifted to 11:30. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional and made me wait for 1.5 hours. After asking the staff about why it was getting late, they were unhelpful and rude. The doctor was unsupportive as well. Not trustworthy and a very bad experience.

They lied about getting the PCR report done in 4 hours, and took over 24 hours instead even after taking the money in full. The staff there was unapologetic about it, and they also lied about the place closing at 5 pm when I could clearly see that it was still open afterwards. Didn't pick up the phone either. If you don't want to miss your flight and waste the plane ticket money, I'd recommend somewhere else.

Visited skin doctor there Dr. Sudeshna. She prescribed me medicines that cost almost rs.10,000 and asked me to follow up after 3 weeks. When I went for follow up they said that I had to pay the doctor charge again. The assistant there told me there was 15 days limit.

The clinic lab impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. Despite the busy environment, they delivered quick and accurate results. The staff's expertise and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. I'll definitely rely on this clinic lab for future medical testing. Highly recommended!

This place has very good system for checking pcr and also has a good pharmacy. However, it is too crowded at times and during this pandemic I think we should avoid big crowds. Social distancing is not possible here.

I always go to Siddhi for my parents' check up and lab work. Really excellent lab. The world wide credibility of it's lab make taking reports abroad so easy and reliable.

I recently had the pleasure of availing the service of Siddhi poly clinic at dillibazar and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the level of service provided from start to finish the entire experience was seamless and efficient leaving me with great sense of satisfaction .

Worst place ever seen. How you guys runs this kind of business if you are not able to give a good services? My mom was treated so rudely which is so disgusting. A big question to you Dr. Sudeshna if you can’t speak and explain nicely then why the hell are you there to give a service??? Is this your professionalism????? Dr sudeshna’s councilling is worst .she speaks with her patient like a tape recorder.normal people can’t understand her language. She doesn’t let patient come in with their parents that’s why the patient can’t understand what the doctor said.very bad experience.

One of the worst behaving Medical center in Kathmandu,worst manner,worst way of checkup,few staff must be change as per their behaviour and manner.They should learn way of speaking and handling patients.I request Nepal government to do side check in this center.

Saudi Medical Center

One of the pioneer polyclinics. It is very much trustworthy and reliable. It does have OPD services too.

Test results are inaccurate(got false positive) which almost cost me my flight 😡.
