Good option for high quality prescription lenses. Frame option is limited and usually there are many patients waiting to get their eyes examined.

I'm just so disappointed. They were kind enough to remake my progressive eyeglasses but it was still out of focus, letters were shaking, and after a while I felt nauseous. Something was not done accurately. I am very regretful that I went there and my money was a total waste!

To be honest as a google reviewer,I was gone once for my eye check up, service was good but one I entered at their glass shop they recommended me 2 types of glass price are cheap n high of both of them n I decided to buy expensive once and I asked them features of expensive one they told little bit difference but wholesome was same quality and features, all we know how our eye is important that’s why I choose expensive one.. but now m feeling disappointed by their offer.. I recommended other people to only think before any purchase their shop. Thanks you…..

Today I went this hospital with my wife.good location but there is no parking space even motorbike & dr. was great 👍🏿there is no properly medicine in farmacy we have to go another hospital for the medicine.staff was a very rude who working inside the farmacy I put the picture, she don’t know how to counseling the Costomer. Staff are good but surrounding should b quiet and the examine room should b quiet too. The hospital should use automatic sound proof door instead of still doors n lastly speaker should be used to call the names

Highly dissatisfied with the services! Can't even refund the products you buy!!!!! Many people also agree that eyeglasses are the problem, we cant exchange frames even though I haven't even touched the last one, Its brand new!!!

I think optometrist need to get more training before handling the client. I went for my regular eye check up, and then they found my eyes power had increased by -0.25 for my both eyes, so got the prescription from them and I started wearing my new lens glass. I told them to check my old lens power and after checking my old lens they told me the power is same for both eyes which is -2.25. I was not feeling good for the first day and then I went for check up the 2nd day and did the same routine checkup and they did said me to wear the same power glass as they prescribed, told me it will take 12 days to get used to it and then you will be fine, if not move to your old lens glass this is what they exactly told me. So now m in abroad, had a very dizzy feeling time and again so decided to go do the eye checkup again and then I found out that my eyes were perfectly fine with my old lens power. So I don’t want to give any suggestions, cause there is no point/value of give it.

The service has been totally degraded over the time, earlier Drishti use to be one of the best who cares for their customer.Everyone in our family has been going to Drishti for like 4 years and now we won't be stepping there again. Me and my aama waited for around 2 hours for consultation which used to be finished in 40 minutes earlier, and when asked the staffs were so rude. After the consultation we got spectacle, which was ready a day after as they promised and when I asked for the VAT bill they say that I need to visit other day for VAT bill. The administration should seriously look after the things that are happening in their Eye Center. Not Recommend at all.

Finding a good eye care center is pain in Kathmandu. Tilganga is over crowded and puts in queue infinitely while matrika boast of doing social service and misses in many places. Above all Tripureshwar eye hospital is unreliable. Now all the problem is solved by Dristi Eye Care. I went yesterday booked an appointment and waited for shorter time. The doctor was helpful.
