Great place. I cannot recommend enough. The trainers are extremely professional and have great credentials. The facilities are good. Above average. The equipment's are overhauled periodically. The gym tries to be updated. The washrooms however could be better. But it's acceptable. Overall Service- 4/5 Equipments- 5/5 Ambience- 5/5 Rate- 5/5 I will give this place a solid 5/5.

Complete health club.. Do visit. There is nice trainer, the guru is so humble and teach very good. You can try gym, jumba, badminton, and others available too. I am the new recently joined.. The service and facility is good. There is friendly environment and you can talk with the senior people and ask for help to them. I definitely recommend this gym house for others if you guys are planning to loose weight, gain weight, make body then. Thanks

Medium Size fitness club. Equipment in the gym are little old and some are out of work. Recently they added some new equipments which is very good. Instructor is very experienced and helpful. Good place for ladies too.Very much lack of good toilet. Badminton court and cardio section is fine. Jumba and aerobics section are doing well too. There is no Sauna. Motorbike parking area is available but cars need to parked outside on the road.

Overall, it's okay with that membership fees however some machines must be changed. It has been a way old and doesn't move properly. Moreover, a few new machines would be there.

Friendly staff, good price but the gym itself can be crowded at times and is a bit congested. The trainer isn't always there as well innit.

A perfect gym for both beginner and professional lifters. Gym trainers (Gurus) are really helpful and supportive. They have a lot of experience in the field of bodybuilding and theres literally so many things u can learn from them. My rating break down: Trainers: 10/10 Equipments: 9/10 pretty much everything from CrossFit to lifting Weights: 9/10 weights and machines have been replaced and made better recently Environment: 9/10 So many humble people from different races in life. You will also encounter medical professionals so they can literally tell u how diet and exercise works Honestly the best in town

Very well behaved staff. The trainer is on par level to any other gym trainer. The equipments are of great quality as well, but could work on the interior design alittle gets a little cramped sometimes
