One of the most facilitated and modern all in one fitness center in Kathmandu. Here you can experience all in one fitness choices as per your need and desire. The wide range gym materials along with cardio and zumba facilities keeps it apart from other general fitness center. Not to forget to mention about Jacuzzi and Sauna which makes your body feel amazingly light and flexible.

Amazing facility Maybe because it is new but the facilities and the infrastructure, equipments is to next level.. First class changing room with showers included... Cardio, weight room, sauna, jacuzzi and what not... Maybe a bit expensive but is worth the money.... 👌

Very clean gym with energetic trainer to help you get to where you want and remember “it’s your hardwork that determines where you end up with your body goals.” Trainers are just your candle holders to show you light/path towards your desired goal.🙏

Cardio side can be improved, placement etc. Was out of the way for me so didn't join. Was annoyed by 3 individuals. But if location good for you, they have nice and new equipment.

Fabulous Gym! Im visiting from Uk doing voluntary work and thankfully found this place for some home comforts! Nice clean fully equipt gym, clean changing room with hot showers, lovely outdoor pool and pool side bar and restaurant. I must mention the local guys that train here are also very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. The restaurant food is very good, well priced and staff are particularly good and make every meal a joy!

The trainer is so little talkative and no passionate at all. I would not advice to beginners.

The gym is well equipped, the pool is clean. The price is reasonable too. The service is excellent. The people going to the gym can be problematic because they do not re rack the dumbbells and weights, and keep things laying around in the toilet.
