Gym has nice equipments but the trainer named Raju is rude often times. He is not friendly at all and the way he speaks is very commanding and not friendly at all. Also, those clients who go to gym at noon time will not get proper guidance at all and trainer Raju doesn't even try to help those beginners at all. All he says is that if you want to learn come in morning time or once the other trainer is there.

Came across a rude trainer who body shamed me for apparently having big ankles for a girl and also asked me my weight and said matrai?? Tyo bhanda dherai dekhchau.

Equipments were very modern and easy to use however there were no trainers during day time..

The Best Gym I've ever come across. The trainers are not just professional but they do care each of the clients properly. They focus on mobility and flexibility above muscle growth. The care that they attend to each of their customers is beyond any words of praise. The prices are reasonably cheap and the most important thing here is the gym hygiene that they maintain and all of the customers adhere to it.

Best gym in kathmandu. They have all the equipment you will ever need and they are in new condition. They have a power rack so you can squat or bench press as heavy as you want without worrying about a spotter. Some things I didn't like are the lat pull down machine and they don't have drinking water facility (bring your own).

They have all the necessary equipments and are all in good condition. All the staffs including Trainer and receptionist are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this gym.
