I called a guy to get little info about KTM Varanasi bus and he decline me saying we don't do that anymore ''YAAR'' (too much fam. word in nepali). I would never call him anymore and I don't recommend this office at all. thanks Marketing

One of the worst travel company ever in kathmandu. These people are here just to earn money without giving proper service. I suggest everyone, never get contact to this travel.

Very Bad Service. Booked two tickets from Ktm to Delhi before 4 days of travelling. Seat No was also provide on my tickets. But at the time of travelling staff said that there is no seat available you have to travel in driver cabin. If you don't have limited sheets then why you booked my tickets. Will complain this.

My prime agency for all the tickets. Every staff are cheerful and will cater to your needs perfectly. I recommend contacting through viber though if you dont have the time or energy to visit the site.

Omg just dont use them. Proper con artists. Show you pictures of volvo bus from ktm to delhi but the bus they provide is not even a deluxe bus. To top it up, the staffs are very eager to harass you for the questions you might have. Lost two good customers because of these idiots. Just dont ever use them. Be warned!!

Very poor service for kathamdu to Delhi travel by their bus. No comfortable seat no ac. showing fake pic of buses for advertising.

Very good company for ticketing

Our suitcase was close to new, and you can see the state of it after travelling with this company. We wrote to them with the picture and got no response. If you make a mistake, at least own up to it. Unpunctual bus timing was told we had a semi sleeper bus when we booked it and it was just a normal bus. Too many lies. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolute scammers. I paid extra for a sleeper bus from Kathmandu to Delhi, they made me change 4 times of bus and only one of those was sleeper (from Sunauli to Lucknow). The guy from the company even told me "is not sleeper because from here to Delhi it's only 3 hours". It was 10. Awful way to treat a customer. Liars and thieves.
