This is an outstanding hotel property located at prime location in Kathmandu that is the Durbar marg in front of the palace. Great staff, best food or shall I say best vegetarian food in Kathmandu, a delight for Indians. Yummiest home like meal. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

This was my third stay at Landmark Hotel, Durbar Marg. The staffs are friendly and cooperative. I’ve tried different hotels in Kathmandu and I must say this hotel is my favorite till date. The location is at the center and transportation is easily accessible. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Kathmandu. Thank you for your amazing service.

Very good hotel.. A little bit expensive but good.. No pool spa and club but good restro nd site view. I had room on 7th floor which gave very beautiful view of kathmandu and mountain

Best hotel in Kathmandu, our second stay. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, staff were amazing. Employee called Shandhya was very friendly attentive and helpful. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We received a complimentary candle light dinner set up also they allow us to have early check in and late check out. We checked out at 7 pm as we have late night flight. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu. Great location, kings way is couple of minutes walk. Entire Kathmandu view from room top.

A nise and clean property in cool ambience... perfect location... Front desk was very prompt... Rooms are spacious and clean.. besides small parking area there is nothing any negative marks that I can quote.. will love to stay again

Good management and staffs. They allowed me for early check in as per the request made during booking. All the staffs are courteous and polite. Wonderful menu for the breakfast. Have a small coffee shop too. There is also a minibar available in room. Close to the heart of Kathmandu, they will try to help you with your stay as much as possible.

If you are a light sleeper, get rooms above 5th floor. I slept on floor 1 and floor 2, still can hear the cafeteria chair moving sound. Free alarm at 6am in the morning. Otherwise bed and pillow is fine. Room curtains abit dusty. Location is good although need a sign at the main road. Good 8th floor roof view of the city. Good staffing. Breakfast is ok. 2 fruits, instant coffee, tea , 2 western bread, 1 local savoury bread, dhal, sausages, fried egg, 1 rice/local dish . Breakfast time is 7-10am. Room service price is same as outside food prices.

very downgrade Rooms, old property and not at all maintained. Bathroom were sticking. Basically a 2 or 2.5 start hotel. Future no hot water in month of December. poor stero type food quality. This landmarks group hotels whole over Nepal only advantage is location , else it's just upgrades version of Dharmashala or 2 start hotel.

I have a bitter experience of staying and worst service response. I was in landmark hotel Kathmandu for two night with family on August 3 and 4. I am a local resident of Kathmandu and went back to Nepal fromUSA after 8 years. Before visit my family just wanted to relax and fresh for 2 days. But my stay was not relaxed instead of stressed due to poor services. The water in bathroom was literally yellowish colored with bad smell. We informed management so many times and even though they know the situation they ignored our request. We literally went out side for bath. 🙏🙏

I loved my stay here at landmark. Staff is very professional and courteous. Rooms are very clean. Hotel is located at prime location I.e., thamel which is the main market area of Kathmandu. Special mention to Sandhya, Anil and Aditya. Food option were decent and taste was just like home

Very good hospitality. Thought the room was satisfactory, not a great view from the room. Food was satisfactory. There was electricity problem at night it was taken care thought took a long time.

Hotel located next to Kingsway, convenient to go to some popular destinations like the new gate, darwar marga etc. The hotel didn't have a disabled friendly entrance, there was no ramp for wheel chair or pram. Not prepared to take on small kids, so should talk to the hotel in advance. The hotel had good breakfast, slightly expensive for 3 star but looking into the location, services and clineness.I was fine to pay the price. Suggestions for them is to have ramp or disable friendly entrance though there are lifts aftering entering but issue is entering. They should have some beds or flexibility to take in small kids.

Need some add ONS to the menu and a swimming pool is must. Everything else is just superb loved the stay.

I have stayed at Landmark Sauraha and Landmark Pokhara as well and both are fantastic properties with excellent services but Landmark Kathmandu is a disappointment. Main problem with this hotel is its entrance. Our taxi had a hard time entering due to narrow access road with parked bikes. My ratings are: Location: 0 Staffs: 4 Rooms: 1 View: 0 Breakfast: 2 Overall: 1 I think you can find a better place somewhere else in its price range.

Good decent hotel location is good as well except that it is in a small lane so difficult to locate for first time but then after that inside is very good..great views from the room and decent breakfast including veg options..very good value for money in terms of the cost and in a very good area..just opposite the King's Royal Palace and many good eateries nearby

This Hotel is better selection to stay near Durbarmarg. Rooms and hospitality is best. Foods are better than average, not too yummy but buffet breakfast will surely satisfy our hunger with good and fresh taste. Rooms have better view of Durbar and surrounding buildings, rooms have almost all accessories. So I love and recommend others too..

Great place to stay in Kathmandu for a short break. Room was very clean, service second to none. Very short distance to the downtown, Durbar Marga, about one minute walking distance.

Its was nice to stay in hotel room. It was clean and service was also good. Staff were polite in behavior.

Staff and manager Anil was really helpful. I had some problem in my room I spoke to Anil and he sort out. I don't know much about food.

Had been staying in this hotel for the last 10 days as my travel agent booked a package with this hotel. The rooms are very good. Very careless staff at the restaurant. They keep on changing the lunch and dinner times for the in house guests when they have any special event. They give us the last preference as they know that we have already paid them the money. Normal dinner time is from 1 to 2 bit today they arranged between 2 to 3. Don't ever pay in advance or take a package in this hotel, better order food online or have food outside.

Overall the hotel and the room is excellent. The food is also good, they have a variety of North Indian dishes on the menu.The view from the 7th floor facing the Nararanhiti palace museum is wonderful. Room service could have been better with more attention to the bathroom. Could find stains in the bath tub and the commode.

You are really like family here. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!! The staff is beyond amazing. From the front desk, security guards, cleaning crew, cooks, and everyone in between. Just phenomenal!!! I am from the USA and this is my first time traveling. From the moment I walked it I felt at home. My husband was delayed in joining me and the staff helped me get everything set and looked after me until he got here. They even checked in all the time to make sure we were ok. They gave suggestion on things to do . The room was amazing. Clean, well stocked with items, and a beautiful look/ design. The views from the room is breathe taking of the mountains. This place is a must, you will be so happy you did. Also, another things is they have a quarantine package deal. Which includes meals, which are amazing and a nice verity to the area (even for American's not used to the local foods). They also have a doctor that comes to the hotel and gives you your covid test (there is a fee but it is small and worth it.) Which is so handy to be able to do that, and it will be valid for flying as well. Again, I can't say enough or thank this staff enough for just an amazing experience. This has been the best and anytime I come back I will be staying here. Thank you sooo much from my whole heart. Joleen
