This goddess is considered the elder sister of Naxal Bhagawati and mother of Chandra Vinayak (chahabil Vinayak). During this Jatra, Naxal Bhagawati visits Pashupati and Vatsaleshwari visits Chandra Vinayak. The maintanace of inner and outer areas of temple is not satisfactory.
