Good
thing
about
the
hotel
is
the
service.
Quality
of
food
is
normal.
The
hotel
has
just
been
innovated,
and
it
seems
the
whole
idea
of
renovation
was
left
out
in
between
and
hastily
completed.
I
had
made
a
telephonic
booking
,
and
,
was
assured
of
a
discount
at
the
time
of
the
check
out,
with
a
provision
of
complementary
pick
up
from
the
airport
and
complimentary
breakfast.
However
at
the
check
out
,
the
airport
pick
was
charged,
and
so
was
the
breakfast,
besides
there
were
no
discounts
on
the
room
tariff.
The
travel
aggregators
sites
were
quoting
a
price
almost
60
percent
below
the
charges
realised
from
me.
Good,
that
I
cut
my
visit
to
just
for
one
night
and
shifted
to
other
better
hotel
for
a
much
lower
price.
I
had
been
a
returning
customer
BUT
,
NEVER
AGAIN
,
Dear
Blue
Horizon.
