One of the many Bhatbhateni stores around Kathmandu which is probably the most crowded. The food section is mostly crowded and inconvenient when two trolleys have to pass. The parking space is quite enough and the quick bites around it are also good. I'd say its one of the best one from among the many around Kathmandu.

Bhatbhateni has made history in changing Nepali people shopping habit by making people shop under one roof for almost everything & accept the fixed price without bargain. Another best part of it is controlling outside market price indirectly as well. Frequent switching of brands & less trust worthiness of the sold items is their big draw back which i hope they will address. Backside toilet seems super busy but cleaniness is not as expected.

The organization of this place is worsening day by day: cardboard boxes everywhere make the space so narrow that it is often impossible for the clients to reach the items they need. The staff seat on the floor among piles of goods and sometimes do not even bother to let the clients access . The worst part is when you stand in the line at the cashier and she is helplessly looking at your purchases with no idea about how to make your bill and it take ages to finish,so sometimes it is easier to give up and leave your shopping there.

Bhatbateni is pretty good and competitively priced. I wish they had wider aisles to move around people. There is sometimes strange odors too, maybe spoiled food. Nonetheless they're one of the best supermarkets in town. The staff are friendly too.

Visit at your own risk. You'll end up spending a lot more time than you've initially allocated.

WARNING: Check things before buying that are on sale. And do not throw out your receipt, you may need it. COMPLAIN: The thing I don't understand about exiting the place, you have to go through the checkout every time single time even if you have not bought anything. Walking round to the exit is not a big issue. It does help me fill up my daily quota of walking but during rush hour the traffic of people queuing to check out makes it a hell of experience. Why cannot I exit through the same door/gate I entered from if I haven't bought anything. You have so much of money INSTALL the scanner thing. Thankyou. [EVERY BHAT-BHATENI]

Good, Average price rate on imported grocery items No Price checker (50-60% item displayed without price tag) but almost 0 discount as per Mrp on local grocery items. that makes me sad 😔

It’s nice that we can get everything from one place. But It would be highly appreciate and more better if you overlook for your customer service management. It is really poor, the way sales person talk, and more strange thing for me was while shopping one lady was sweeping the floor ( 😞for real).

Bhatbhateni is one of the best markets in Nepal. We can buy most things which are for daily life. It is a little bit expensive compared to other markets. But the best thing is we can save our time.

I like bhatbhatini for shopping which offers varities of services. It is one in all place where you can have your requirement on hand but they discontinue the things once we are addicted to. I miss that mayonnaise which I long for many time but they didn't brought it back. sometimes it's disappointing but overall for the easy availability of good one can rely on it. I like Pepe pizza 🍕 I just go for pizza sometimes. They also have KFC on their outlets but I like Pepe pizza over KFC.

The inventory for clothes and shoes was the same as most other Bha Bhateni. I guess due to the location, there is very less crowd so you can enjoy and take your time. I have been here twice as it's closest to my home , very friendly staff.

I love this place so much! I remembered that me, my youngest brother and my father went there to eat some pizza and go shopping! So I would rate 5 stars of this! One day, I will be able to go to this place by myself.

This time i was not haappy with the guard in the floor of clothing, he didnt let me put my helmet in lockor Nd keep on arguying with me so i had to carry it all over, really dissappointed tbis time but still we did shopping as usual, so sad my helmet got scrach too while carrying and shopping inside

Most items available at one place but some products marked over prices. If you've get enough time, better to visit local shops for resonance price.

They have varieties of groceries and daily essentials, but sometimes, they don't have a quality controlling system. Thus, people have found expired items. Plus, the clothing section, especially for women, is a way too expensive(traditional side).

Yet another in a long list of supermarkets belonging to this omnipresent chain in Nepal's major cities. The establishment is old but very well laid out and spacious compared with some of the others, which are too cluttered and messy. Pleasant welcome.

All kinds of things are available in this supermarket at this moment they are expanding outside the valley also but their apk is really bad and nothing showing inside it. And I brought complain and even there is 2 months remaining but it smells already expired so when you're buying food and others things please check expiration level properly.

Parking lot is a bit small and entrance is not good. But like others it is a best place for shopping. Multiple floor contains different shopping items.

Staff here donot coperate nicley with visitor. They are so busy with their own stuff that we have to request them multiple times. The way they spoke made me come back without buying what I needed. 😒😒

I would give a 5 star for the product range this store carries and the physical aspects of the store: location, layout, etc. But the customer service part let's the store down. Security guard at the door and the people stocking the shelves are super helpful but the check-out clerks are out of this world. They have no smile on their faces; no hi/hello/thank-you; as though they just didn't want to be there. Or, it may be the service culture at the store, I'm not sure. They don't believe they should be nice/polite to the customers; or they just don't know how to be nice/polite to people. It felt like they don't care if the customers are not looked after: customers will come back anyway. They don't realize customers remember the very last event/interaction they had. Sure, customers will come back but what happens when the customers will have other options in the market? Given the check-out experience, and that the prices are higher than smaller stores, I didn't find the value-for-money.

Please start a Valet service if necessary to manage the influx of incoming cars. Create two lanes and a sidewalk for customers to walk. The floor is extremely slippery to walk when it rains. Please work with the municipality to create a zebra Crossing right in front of the main entrance to help the visitors cross the street to catch a bus. Keep the toilets clean. Please use appropriate tools to hold to the water bottles on the display rack. Keeps falling.

Expensive electrical items fridge TV washing machine. No or minimum discounts available. No premium travel bag. All good things are on ground floor and 1st first floor. others have local or outdated products with high price.

Shopping experience is always great at Bhatbhateni. This place is crowded almost all the time but you can have all the items for your daily needs like groceries, electric appliances and fashion. Highly recommended for the weekend shopping with families and friends.

Its a very good place to get all stuff without running all over the city. Parking was so convenience. Accessible entrance and parking. very well managed and staffs are need to be trained in terms of support and facilitatation. Recommend everyone this place for happy shopping.

Nepal's best known one stop shopping place , best for groceries and household commodities. Mediocre clothing and beyond usual pricing for branded items. Need to train staff in politeness and mannerism rather than over crowding them.
