I’d rate it worse if it was possible I had sent a package on which they had hidden cost as customs charge while sending it to India which was twice the price of the product and then finally when the product was received by the receiver it was totally broken. Very poor service ,poor handling and bad response as they don’t even have a proper communication with the TNT team in the other country.

Very poor company..They never pick your call. Their voice mail is always on even in business hours. Atleast pick up your customer phone and let them know the status of their parcel. Stupid company with worst employees working ever.

The packing was not good. There was stain in dress from newspaper which was used to pack the dress. The packing should be done properly using appropriate thing not newspaper.
