We did a 5 day trekking in Helambu, close to Kathmandu at Spring 2019. We were fortunate in having Madan Kumar Aryal as our trekking guide. Madan lead our trek to Annapurna basecamp. It was a 10 day trek with a large group. He and his team were fantastic. Very professional and very helpful. The trek went very well. Most of all Madam was incredibly friendly and supportive of everyone. My partner left her phone along the way at one of the accommodation points we stayed at. Highly recommend!! Madan took my friend and I trekking to everest base camp, everything was organised perfectly. My friend even needed to get a helicopter down back to kathmandu as she was sick and he took care of everything. Madan’s english is very good and always makes sure his clients are happy and taken care of!

My wife and I completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with Madan, he was an exceptional guide but more importantly, an exceptional human being. Madan was diligent in his planning, caring and considerate and was never flustered. I remember us stuck at Lukla due to bad weather, Madan was always positive and a reassuring presence throughout. He went above and beyond the call of duty and took us around Kathmandu, not only did we make amazing memories on this trip, we made a wholesome, reliable and honest friend. I did a 16 day trek with Madan Kumar. Great guy, anything was possible to do, even flexible within the trekking schedule/length. Since then he started Yarsa, and I would definitely recommend going there for several weeks!
