A small organic restaurant hidden in the depths of Lazimpat near my work place. Today was my second time there. The blueberry smoothie was good, but needs a larger straw, cause pieces of blueberries get stuck. Had their avocado with poached egg. The portion size was pretty good. The sourdough gave that avocado the tanginess and the avocado was perfectly seasoned. Loved the food will definitely visit again.

Delicious! Huge portions and a great price. I highly recommend the blueberry smoothie bowl, espresso, and mushroom toast with poached eggs.

Great place to get breakfast or brunch. It’s a small place with no parking. However the food was good. The eggs could be better but the smoothie bowls, salads are great. Loved the smoked mushroom burger. If you are a vegetarian and don’t eat eggs either you still have a lot of food options. The portions are good size and the place isn’t expensive either. Ambience could be better.

Found this gem of a breakfast place hidden in Lazimpat. Variety of breakfast options. Decent pricing. Parking might be an issue. Great service.

Loved this little cafe near Raddision. The smoothie bowl and pancake tasted amazing! Loved the effort they put on decorating the bowls as well. Very reasonably priced as well!

Had heard a lot about this place and the smoothie bowls were really good. Very well presented and tasted great. This is the place to eat things without going on a guilt trip later without compromising with your taste buds. However, would be even better if they could make the place look a bit cleaner and rearrange their furniture. The place had gathered dust. However, no complaints with the food. And the pricing is amazing. The bowls started from around 250 and is worth it.

If you are looking for healthy foods in a reasonable price and this place has to be the best spot for you One of the best places i have visited in a while. Acai bowl was top notch, so delicious and worth every penny. Pancakes and hot chocolate were superb as well. Banana bread has to be the main highlight there. We were fortunate enough to try the fresh one (Straight outta oven). This has to be the best banana bread i had in KTOWN! And not to forget, owners were super lovely. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

I have loved coming here for a few years now. I love coffee here as they have alternatives of Hemp/coconut/almond milk alternatives including healthy Green Juices, Smoothie Bowl, Salads, Sandwiches. Happy to see this place growing tremendously and now they have a branch in Bouddha and Hope they will have one around Patan too.

Incredible smoothie bowls - all ingredients fresh, fruit is ripe, and there’s a great variety of toppings. Had been craving a smoothie bowl for a while and was not disappointed :) Also got their mushroom toast and it was delicious! Prices are also reasonable and the dishes are large.

I know this place is best for smoothies and under a very small price you can have healthy meals for the day and feel very energetic but you need to try sourdough with omelette it's best too. I tried a mushroom burger it looked so good but I didn't like the taste of the mushroom, because soya sauce was overpowering the taste and also some other sauce too.

My fav breakfast & lunch place in KTM! Awesome smoothie bowls, fresh juices and more. All fresh and yummie. The walk there from Thamel along the main street is a pain in the a** but worth it! :)

Not a taste for typical Nepali taste people. We had a toast with poached eggs, avocado mushroom sandwich and egg sandwich which taste fine and super healthy but not typical Nepali taste. Summer Breeze was awesomely refreshing. During the time we visit there were 2 big busses which block the small road and noisy due to small road.

Amazing place! Super owner, too cheap and great portions. (this avocado sandwich had extra avocado, so expect less). Love the food, the hulk is highly recommended !

I tried two different times at this restaurant after researching many options. As someone who can't have lactose I was happy they had almond milk, which is rare in KTM. The first visit was great, with good food, though I wouldn't suggest ordering toast with guac The smoothie bowls were realllyyy good. The second visit was busy, and we had to sit outside in the hot sun. We ordered smoothie bowls and sweet lassi, but unfortunately, the lassi had a piece of hard plastic in it... likely from a broken blender. My friend quietly got rid of it, so I didn't complain. I might go there again because of their tasty smoothie bowls, but they should consider using glass blenders to avoid such incidents with someone else.

Located on a small lane next to the main Lazimpat road, this place is a treasure find by all means. The restaurant is barely a room wide, but manages to fit in a kitchen, pizza/bread oven and a seating area- all while feeling comfy and cozy. The menu is handwritten on a black board, and the ingredients show on the shelf. Jars or nuts, smell of fresh fruits and bakes are a worthy invite to anyone. The food is served fairly on time and tastes just as good as it looks. Coffee and smoothies are well prepared, and are quite a break from the monotonous competition around. All is all, great for breakfast, good to go in all day.

    1) Avocado toast with poached egg - really well made. I come from Singapore where there are many such cafes selling such stuffs and this is definitely comparible to the better ones. 2) Cacao and PB bowl - was really surprised by how delicious this is. I think can be better than in Singapore. The fruits are really fresh. Overall I'd say the food here is very delicious and fresh. And so affordable!!

This cozy restaurant (I prefer to say a small neighborhood type casual cafe) has left a good impression! I found their smoothies (Strawberry bowl Rs. 300; The Hulk Smoothie bowl Rs. 350; PW Bowl/Peanut Butter Rs. 250 and Summer Breeze Juice Rs. 180) quite delicious, beautiful presentation, wide smoothies and breakfast list with wonderful presentation. The price is very competitive. They only have two sets of the table for a group of 4 and a few other table sets for a couple. It is a small place and a very casual stay. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We asked about the recipe and they are open to sharing it. I recommend to everyone visit there for healthy! (wish they won't use peanut butter type of sweet items) smoothies, juice, and light bites. I would like to come back here again.

Its sad that most of the restaurants can't maintain their quality. we order summer breeze drink which was very watery and avocado toast with poached egg, very sad toppings and mainly bread wasn't cooked properly and was just like dough.after few bites immediately stomach hurt. Not a pleasant experience.

Experience the wholesome and refreshing goodness of bowls at this place! The menu boasts hearty, healthy sandwiches paired with invigorating smoothies. The dishes are spot-on in terms of taste. One area for improvement is the aesthetic appeal of the restaurant

Great vegan veggie cafe with the most amazing smoothie bowls - this place takes you to the tropics. Healthy fresh and clean food. Portions are generous and flavour is delicious ! Definitely order the potatoes -best 200 rupees I spent! You must visit.

it was my first time here in this place and it did not disappoint. there were several food and drink options for me to choose from. it also includes all the vegan and vegetarian dishes! I think I got the matcha fruit bowl (I forgot what I ordered) and the strawberry and a blueberry shake. they were amazing! the pricing is also really good. these three items totalled around 950 NRS. I'd love it if the place was a little bigger, though. the tables and chairs outside were a little conjusted.

Fresh, delicious, healthy and filling smoothie bowls. The blueberry 🫐🫐 flavoured bowl was the best. The service was kind of slow though.

I am not a big review person but this place is GEM. Not only is this my favorite place to eat in Kathmandu — it is also one of my favorite places period. Not many food establishments can genuinely check all my boxes: * Serve high quality nutritious food * Food which is equally delicious * Made fresh from scratch * Prepared with love you can feel * Served humbly with grace & compassion * Set in a warm, simple, natural ambiance & decor The staff here is beyond accommodating to any dietary requirements or preferences. They make sure you are satisfied with your meal and they seem genuinely happy to be serving you. While this place is purely vegetarian/ vegan/ raw vegan… anybody can enjoy the food here. I first came here with a local meat eater who ordered the mushroom burger and he just could believe how good it was and vowed he will be back for more! Also nice to note the even balance of both local and foreign customers. Another thing I really appreciate about this place is the ambiance. The place is kept clean, the decor is minimalist natural, and the sounds are of the low traffic side street, customers, and the gentle friendly conversations of the staff. There is no loud obnoxious music to compete with that so many cafes mistakenly think creates “good vibes”. You can come sit down with your book, or enjoy a nice conversation with a friend naturally without competing with techno drums or mind numbing western pop music. Another honorable quality here is the pricing, which is very reasonable for the sized portions served. You can order a salad as a meal and be completely satisfied. The mushroom dishes are incredible. It is worth driving well out of you way to come here. You won’t regret it! Spiritual seekers or food conscious individuals — this place is your savior in Kathmandu. Can’t recommend OSB&C enough. 🙏 Namaste 🌺

I tried this place for breakfast as I was craving fresh fruit and enjoyed it so much I stayed for lunch and went back the next day too! The smoothie bowls are a work of art and super tasty (you can feel it doing you good!), also recommend the avocado on sour dough with poached eggs (the egg white wasn't all completely cooked but everything else was so good I didn't mind too much). Friendly staff, good prices, great flavours, highly recommended

Healthier options for breakfast snacks and drinks. But prices are on a higher side for healthy living. Can give it a try once.
