Mainly, it is known as New-Buspark, and it is continuously circulating Buses from the capital to any part of the Nepal. The service on the Buses differ per their charges in the same route accordingly. You can book tickets early through various sites online, or you can just book/buy it here manually. The toilets are not so good, and here it is always so crowded that I feel nauseous. Please let me know if this review meets the right information. 🥰🇳🇵

Kathmandu is a city where ancient traditions are zealously guarded while at the same time embracing modern technology. The grandeur of the past enchants the visitor whose gaze may linger on an exquisitely carved wooden window frame, an 18th century bronze sculpture or a spiritually uplifting stupa. Kathmandu, the largest city of Nepal, is the political as well as cultural capital of the country, where Nepalis have arrived from all corners of the country and assimilated. Like any big city, Kathmandu has seen rapid expansion in the last decade, but despite the fast life of a metropolis, its people remain refreshingly friendly towards visitors. Retaining its ancient traditions, Kathmandu is blessed by the Living Goddess Kumari, a little Buddhist girl who represents the powerful Hindu Goddess Taleju. City life is enriched by endless ceremonial processions and events that take to the streets every now and then, with throngs of devotees seeking joy in spiritual celebrations. These religious festivals are steeped in legend and are quite a spectacle with chariot processions and masked dancers often possessed by the spirits of deities. DIAMOND🔹

This place is also known as Naya Bus Park in Kathmandu Nepal. It's a government bus station. So you can get all Nepal destination buses from this place. Don't forget to bargain For fare, otherwise you'll be charged more than the actual fare. So be careful.

Central bus park of Kathmandu. From here, you start your bus journey connecting all parts of Nepal. You can buy tickets online or visit station prior to travel and inquire best travel plan.

It is one of the busiest buspark in Nepal. Most of its passengers are from western part of the country. Least number of bus departs for eastern part of Nepal. There are various Ticket counter. Lodging and fooding facilities. Lhotse Mall is the biggest attraction of this area. It provides shopping and QFX facilities. Passenger can purchase local sweets and churpi within the Buspark. There are crowds from morning to night. However, it has maintained clean everywhere. Passenger get public toilet in every corner. I like it very much.

Kathmandu's main bus station (also called the main bus terminal or simply New buspark) is basically for all long distances busses including to pokhara and other destinations to terai. Its huge and confusing place and there are very few signs in english, but most of the tickets sellers are very heplful. The place where one can get luxury buses to almost every nook & corner of the country..From Kakadvitta(Eastern border) to Mahendranagar(Western Border) every buses can be booked from here...And if you are visiting kathmandu from outside city then you have the provision of local buses,Sajha Buses & taxis too, in order to go to your desired location... All major places buses in Nepal arrive and departure from here. City buses also included. You need to do a booking in advance for long route journey. Ticket counter is inside the bus park. Food court available inside. Clean food court and premises of bus park

It's a busstand from where you can get bus of almost any major cities of nepal.its a crowdy place but recently there has been improvement on parking facilities and amenities.i suggest to approach the counter directly and ask for discount on tickets price than to deal with brokers all around the place.

The junction for the bus services to almost every corner of nepal. Even though its crowded, the management is somewhat good and the timings for bus departure on the tickets are almost accurate. However, some contemplation regarding sanitation could be done.

Gongabu Bus Park, nestled in the heart of Kathmandu, stands as a pulsating epicenter of Nepal's intricate web of long-distance transportation. As one of the largest bus terminals in the city, Gongabu serves as a bustling gateway, connecting people from different corners of the country. Its significance extends beyond being a mere transit point; it embodies the rhythm of Nepal's diverse landscapes converging in a chaotic yet harmonious symphony. The bus park, situated in the northern part of Kathmandu, is strategically positioned to facilitate journeys to various destinations, catering to the diverse needs of travelers. It is not just a place for buses to converge; it is a vibrant crossroads where cultures, stories, and aspirations collide and intertwine. Upon entering Gongabu, one is immediately immersed in a kaleidoscope of sights and sounds. The constant hum of engines, the chatter of passengers negotiating fares, and the rhythmic honking of buses paint a vivid picture of the organized chaos that defines this transportation hub. Vendors line the edges, offering an array of snacks, drinks, and travel essentials, creating a lively atmosphere that mirrors the vibrant spirit of Kathmandu itself. The buses themselves, adorned with colorful artwork and religious symbols, stand as mobile canvases depicting the rich cultural tapestry of Nepal. Each bus is a unique representation of the route it undertakes, adorned with symbols, deities, and sometimes humorous messages. As the engines roar to life, these buses become vessels of shared experiences, carrying the hopes and dreams of the diverse passengers they transport. Gongabu Bus Park is not merely a departure point; it is a microcosm of Nepal's socio-economic fabric. The diversity of people traversing its grounds reflects the country's eclectic mix of ethnicities, languages, and traditions. Here, rural villagers embark on journeys to urban centers in search of opportunities, traders transport goods to distant markets, and tourists begin their explorations of Nepal's breathtaking landscapes. The bus park's strategic location makes it a gateway to various regions, including the scenic hills, serene valleys, and the rugged terrains of the Himalayas. Whether one seeks the spiritual tranquility of ancient temples in the Kathmandu Valley or the adrenaline rush of trekking in the Annapurna or Everest regions, Gongabu is the starting point for countless adventures. The significance of Gongabu Bus Park extends beyond its physical boundaries. It symbolizes the resilience and adaptability of the Nepali people, who navigate the challenging terrain of their country with determination. The daily hustle and bustle at the bus park mirror the larger narrative of Nepal's progress and growth, as it embraces modernity while staying rooted in its cultural heritage. In the evening, as the sun sets over the chaotic yet harmonious scene at Gongabu, a sense of accomplishment pervades the air. Buses return from their journeys, weary but triumphant, carrying with them the echoes of the diverse landscapes they've traversed and the stories of the people they've carried. Gongabu Bus Park, with its vibrant energy and dynamic spirit, encapsulates the essence of Nepal's journey—a journey that transcends geographical boundaries, weaving together the threads of tradition and modernity, rural and urban, creating a tapestry that is uniquely Nepali.

As the future is digital, the Nepal Bus ticketing system is also digitized. Which is a good thing. It makes ticketing work faster and safer. Also, bus booking can be done using an online platform which is also a step for development. Although, the behaviour of bus staff in the bus park is still the same. So, people have to change their behaviour, they have to be polite and sincere. Also, implementation of the system is required. And last, the public toilet should be really clean and should smell welcoming. But the real truth was people have to struggle to get inside. It is because of bad management. Overall I am glad Nepal and its service platforms like Bus service are trying to do big. But they have to work on other simple people's advice to make the service the best. At last, I would like to thank Nepal Government for introducing and promoting digital services.

Chaotic place but once you know how things are run then tou can find your way out ,we have taken bus from here to sanauli at evening ,prior booking is preferred to get desired seat in desired bus ,the ticket cost range from 995 to 1500 NPR. After payment they give you a slip (image attached ) and you can board the bus on designated bus. 1 pro tip donot take back seat as road literally donot exist on major part from Kathmandu to sanauli route

A big bus stop with a very large area to accommodate a large number of buses. I gave it 4 stars because I couldn't find any toilet and the one which was there the person was charging Rs 10 indian as well as Rs 10 nepali.

Bus services are good, you can get all Nepal buses from here. But the management is very very poor, needs to improve management. If Taxi is dropping its passengers it cost money, if passengers needs goods carrier it cost money. So sad for that.

People should access the counter easily rather than some middleman and so called agent who try to cheat people on saying something while it's actually tends to be something else. So I guess the authority should remove any middleman or agent from the accessing the services

Major Bus Station of Kathmandu. Better to see the bus before booking your ticket. Or You can just walk-in few hours before to see the bus. Highly recommended NOT to take the last three rows of the bus if you are traveling a long distance just to avoid bumps because Nepal roads are really bad at some places.

Have improved a lot. The time schedule and ticketing system and even sanitation of place has improved a lot. It was so worse before and I am happy to see improvement. Yet a lot still can be done. It is so crowdy and lot of people are wondering here and there. There could be proper navigating system and stuffs. This bus park is main gateway, bus parking and stand to every buses and vehicles coming to or from Kathmandu Valley so its important place I am leaving a 4 star.

Major bus park. Can get ticket to most parts of Nepal. Please book your ticket from counter and know your bus and its sitting arrangement before travel. Pre booking of ticket from counter available. Donot deal with bus ticket agent and hotels agent in bus park. For ticket, deal from counter inside bus park i.e ticket counter station. For hotel search through google ( OYO ) hotels are best for its services and hygiene. It might be little expensive than other street hotels but quality and security is important. Hotels are located just outside bus park. Food and clothing shops are located outside bus park and shopkeepers marked price
