Kathmandu's main bus station (also called the main bus terminal or simply New buspark) is basically for all long distances busses including to pokhara and other destinations to terai. Its huge and confusing place and there are very few signs in english, but most of the tickets sellers are very heplful.

Organized than before. Gongabu Bus Park, also known as Naya Bus Park, is a central bus station in Kathmandu, Nepal, located on the north-east corner of Ring Road. It functions as both a domestic hub and a local bus terminal in Northern Kathmandu. It is served locally by Sajha Yatayat as well as smaller private operators. It is Nepal's largest and busiest bus station, connecting the capital city with various regions of the country. On a daily basis, around 1500 people work at the station during peak hours.

Well managed bus park compared to other Nepali Bus Parks. Foreigners might find a bit difficult. However, if you speak English and know the destination you want to visit, you won't end up going to third place.

All major places buses in Nepal arrive and departure from here. City buses also included. You need to do a booking in advance for long route journey. Ticket counter is inside the bus park. Food court available inside. Clean food court and premises of bus park.

Unorganized Bus Stop. We faced problem finding our bus after getting ticket. Well something better than nothing. Bus were well maintained, no need to get AC bus ticket, you can travel in non AC bus and save money 😂.

Regular buses leave from here to go to Pokhara. Tickets cost 800 rupees and can be bought at the ticket counter, at the building in the middle of the bus park.

Scam . Be careful with ticket seller and dublicate bus staff.
