Great Resort for Conferences I recently attended a conference at this resort, and I had a fantastic experience! The place is beautiful, and the service is top-notch. The scenic views added to the overall charm of the resort. Highly recommended for conferences and events!

Rooms are great, service is good. One of the best spots for a weekend getaway within the valley. It almost doesn’t feel like you’re in the valley. It’s in a prime location and everything here is great! 10/10 would recommend.

The resort is located in just perfect location away from the crowd of the city. The resort is perfect if you are prioritizing nature and peace over the luxury. The hospitality area is the section where the hotel management team might need to explore more. The hotel Staffs are responsive to the guest but not as expected compared to the hospitality from hotel of similar status.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet in Kathmandu then this is your spot. It's an oasis in the middle of a busy street. So many places to sit under the tree and take in nature. The rooms are big enough , clean with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The only thing good about this place is that it is situated in a large area close to nature. The customer care service is zero. No attention and guidance is given to the guests. After checking out, I had to go and have lunch in their restaurant and asked them where shall I put the bags, the person at reception literally pointed in air and started talking to the next guest. It was raining so I had to ask for an umbrella to go for walk inside the resort and they said it is not available.

Peaceful environment, separate from city crowds, suitable for organizing residential or non-residential trainings, seminars, destination weddings, even very good for family outings. The natural greenery attract the guest with its hospitality 👍

A very lovely place with lots of tree to hide away in the city, staff is nice and supportive. However, room furniture is quite old, water is leaking from the sink. Hair dryer should be in every room so customer no need to call room service to bring it over.

While the rooms boast beautiful views, the overall ambiance, including the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, leaves much to be desired. The presence of cockroaches in the walkways and flies upon check-in detract from what should be a 5-star experience. The range of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is impressive, but unfortunately, the lack of flavor in their dishes is disappointing regardless of the cuisine. However, the staff is courteous and extremely friendly, and the location is a major advantage. Overall, this hotel is a great option for a weekend vacation in Nepal. With some improvements to the ambiance and food quality, it has the potential to become a top-rated destination.

Great ambience but service is not good enough. Reception staff were not welcoming enough and they just provide you room key and no further assistance to reach the room. No coordination between reception staff and tuktuk service provider. During breakfast, only omelette was available so we asked if we can have boiled egg. They said it will take time but we will provide. They assured boiled egg will be served two times. But no boiled egg was received till we finish our breakfast.

not a five star experience i had as we went for 2 day event with over 250 people. The food was not quite as expected and found the venue a bit congested for that number of people. But the atmosphere there is quite calming and peaceful. The ambience is great and its a wonderful place to spend few days with fewer people. But not the same experience whent it came to a mass organising. Not the fullestbofnexperiences but a good one

The hotel reception staff at the resort are extremely rude, they lie out and about, careless and are non friendly. Would recommend anyone visiting here to be absolutely clear in their communication with them and have a record of everything. That apart, it's a beautiful property.

Only the location was good…. Customer service staffs can go to hell for their rude behavior especially the guy is the swimming pool counter… i think they forgot we paid for their services and they treated us like homeless freebie… paid 1500rs for pool and the locker, changing room is local toilet of Rantnapark, one shower didnt even work and when we asked the guy their.. they told us to wait behind a line of 15 people… Such a disappointment….

The worst ever experience in KGH hotel. After having through almost all outlets of KGH hotels, Park village literally disappointed us this time. Right from the beginning when we entered reception building, it kept us thrashing with negative vibes. - We had our booking, their check-in time was 2 pm and we arrived 30 mins early. Went straight to reception lobby and told the receptionist that we have a booking. The receptionist replied rudely “Our check-in time is 2 pm please come back later, meanwhile you can visit swimming pool area”. The very first impression was a rude response. She could have checked our booking details, could have told us to wait for few minutes until room gets ready and asked us to leave luggages in lobby while we wait outside roaming. - We hung around a Japanese restaurant inside premises which was actually good and had some lunch there. - Then we went to check-in, we were given room keys and a tuktuk dai (brother) took us to the room. We expected a balcony room since we booked a balcony room, called reception and asked to change room. Receptionist asked us to not use any room properties and wait for approx 15 min while next room gets ready. - We waited in our room without touching anything. My partner just sat on bed while waiting. A guy comes in with new room key, sees my partner sitting in bed and rudely says “You cannot change room since you have used a property” Does he expect us to wait standing for entire 15 minutes? Or wait sitting in stairs? - From my other KGH hotels experience, their staffs used to be so friendly, helpful and well mannered. This is definitely the worst experience among KGH outlets. - Food here has also degraded the quality. We ordered a trout fish which we couldn’t even eat 10%, it smelled pond water which was intolerant to our taste bud and had to give up after 2 bites. We had planned to have dinner afterwards but because of this we canceled our dinner plan here since we didn’t expect good food anymore - We hope they consider our feedback as positive critical comments and work on these to maintain their standard. Good luck

A beautiful and serene location for all your official workshops with great food and services. I was amazed recently with that many events running simultaneously, and not a single sweat. A little off-location is the beauty of the official workshops with ample choices of outdoor activities, within 15 minutes' walk to Budanilkantha temple and Shivapuri Forest.

The ambiance and environment is peaceful and perfect. However, the pricing of food and taste doesn't match up.

✅The ambience was good. Quite spacious, you will feel like you have come far from valley. ✅Artistic interior inside conference hall and large space outside for activities. ✅Cozy and spacious restaurant. ✅Cute cottages ✅ Thoughtfully created space for kids. ✅ Beautiful Swimming Pool Desert was good however the taste of the food could be improved.

One of the best resorts in town to dine in and stay. The greenery really uplifts the beauty of the whole resort. Great halls and set ups for events and programs.

We visited this place for my husband's birthday celebration. I was amazed to find this cool and sound corner in the busy KTM valley. Our villa was simple and beautiful. The buffet served was delicious too. Their property is huge and tuk tuk drive to places was interesting. We really had a lovely night.

Nice ambience, rooms could be cleaner especially the bath tub. Food feels weirdly full quick. But a nice getaway close to the town, lots of greenery.

Let's start from the reception. We had booked 3 twin rooms but were given rooms with master bedrooms. The guy in the reception was not at all cooperative. Took us an hour to finalize the rooms and when we asked for the cancellation we were told that we have to pay 11k NPR. The rooms were stinky and poorly maintained. Barbecue package is a trap. Don't ever go for it. Worst barbecue and the dinner was even worse. Went for breakfast at 9.30 AM and almost all the food items were finished. Flies all around the dining area. We asked them to refill the empty food conatiners for us but were told that we have to have whatever was left. Asked for a fresh juice and were told that they won't refill it either. Worst service and grumpy staffs. The only good thing was the swimming pool. Think twice before staying here. I would strongly suggest not to.

not sure they manage crowds well , crowded on weekends and services were average, food has in fact gone down in quality. The Japanese restaurant is great addition. Location is quiet and soothing for a break with family and friends.

Visited with my family for lunch, and did not have the best experience. The location is beautiful but the food and service was very mediocre. The sandwich I ordered was falling apart as I ate it - the bread was stale, the waiters were not very attentive, and the rest of the food we ordered was quite bland. If you want to visit, it's a great place for drinks and snacks, or to walk around. But I don't recommend it for lunch.

This place offers variety of services what a visitor need in the city of Kathmandu! A cool swimming 🏊 pool this summer? A barbecue area, sorry I am vegetarian but just wanted to share what my colleagues had enjoyed in the last year's staff meeting, or a huge and calm training hall, which is Accessible, or a yummy lunch dish or breakfast 🥣. Go and grab into this place!

Founders concept for creating the perfect stay must be recognised. Food and facilities are very good. Can the service also be on the same level please Receptionist who was a trainee in the absence of main person in charge asked me to carry the luggage all the way inside.

It was an extremely poor experience staying at Park Village Resort. The reasons being: 1. Extremely bad food which was almost inedible. 2. Very overpriced food items on the menu. 3. Very unprofessional and frankly quite rude behaviour from the staff. 4. Very poor quality of service from the restaurant and the room service staff. The only good thing about this place being the property which is decent and the quality of water in the swimming pool is good. It was a very poor experience overall and would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic resort, polite and helpful staff, room service was a lil slow but exception can be made coz the property is huge and the restaurant is a lil far from the villas. Good selection of breakfast items, comfortable rooms, good swimming pool. Very good resort to spend time with your family. Highly recommended.

When I was here for an overnight stay over a weekend, it was less busy than usual. However, I found the experience very enjoyable. Even if you are in a busy part of Kathmandu, once you're within the walls of the resort, it did feel very peaceful. The price was reasonable, and the internet connectivity was reliable. I would certainly recommend it to people who are considering coming here.

Stayed at Park village resort at Bubhavilkantha for 1 week and enjoyed our stay a lot. Location is out of the city on the north side, about 30 to 40 min from airport and city center. We had a whole 2 bedroom for ourselves with kitchen, fridge, TV, etc- all were in good condition and we were able to cook sometimes. There is an ATM and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pool was very clean but too cold for us. We had daily room service who made our stay more clean and enjoyable. The only lack is the poor internet connection, we had to get a new password to get connected every day- which was annoying.

Awesome experience here. Before some years, i found the surroundings of this resort very solitude and natural however the urbanisation has now expanded very much. Very well structured resort and too good for functions and parties. Food quality and taste, i rate an average but services very impressive.

we just went there for a late night tea / coffee. They where on the verge of winding up. That's why we have to remind someone to take the order. Rest things were great. It has nice ambience, courteous staff and amazing service.

If you expect fancy, modern, and functional hospitalities, you should choose another 5-star hotels rather than Park Village Resort. This resort is just great for those who love being surrounded by nature and peaceful vibe which is very 'Nepali'. The views from my room was great. Great spaces for walking around and hanging. The room was not very functional as I expected (5-star hotel) but it's fine. All staff's attitude were so great and friendly, just some staff are seem to be newly and haven't been trained well but they tried their best. The food is good, just not my taste. The first day, I didn't come to the restaurant for a breakfast, the staff called to check if I come and remind to come by 10 am. It's highly appreciated!

Resort was just okey. Over priced for no reason. Basic has provided as B & B nit as resort .staff was in trainee I can see she doesn’t have confident to deal with customer however there are no such communication from website department. Need to be aware of Clint’s demand and cancellation.

Lush green surroundings, chirping birds, tall trees, beneath magnificent national park, one of the rare peaceful hotel, adjacent to many short trekking routes for an early morning everyday trip from the hotel.

One of the best Resorts in Kathmandu I believe. The staff are very hospitable. The atmosphere inside the campus gives you a soothing experience. The food is good. The room and rooms services are above average.

Downloading menu after scanning a QR code sounds futuristic and techy but annoying when you're hungry and want to order quickly. There must be done traditional style hard copy of the menu who are not tech savvy. Overall experience was good. Recommended.
