So I'm like a regular patron there who comes to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The hospitality is great. The young staff know their work and are very professional. The price is really reasonable for the coffee they make. However I have a small complaint and I don't know if it's valid or not but in a closed space it's better you not allow smoking. I know people like to smoke with a sip of coffee and it can be as addictive as a strong coffee. But smoking while sitting close to someone else who doesn't smoke and who might even detest the smoke at a cafe like this is really inconsiderate and allowing smoking in the interior is not very professional. If it had been small bistros or khaja ghar of local level it would have been understandable (although it's wrong in that setting too), but for a quality cafe with this level of ambience I find it disappointing. Sorry for the little rant but apart from that I like this place and will be visiting from time to time.

A customer kept smoking inside the cafe despite the difficulty we faced while inside your cafe. It's time for businesses like these to realize that no customer should be exposed to second hand smoke, especially little babies.
