Dal Bhat Thamel is good place to go for authentic nepali food. Chicken is the best. Ambiance is good and staffs are polite. However, there is noise coming from other attached restaurant. I would like to suggest to play authentic nepali music and also add curd as a s appetizer on the menu. I highly recommend to visit this place. Thank you.

Dal Bhat Power 24 Hour... one of the best dal bhat in kathmamdu. Been eating for the last 1and half month on mountaims, but this resto place has one of the best Dal Bhat. Had 2mountians full of plate and its just so delicious. Highly recommended to try. Try the wild pork and mutton version of the meal. Staffs are very friendly. #DalBhatPower24Hour #NoToiletNoShower

Lousiest and slowest place in Thamel. They took forever to serve Daal Bhaat when the place was not even crowded. And yes, be sure to bring cash if you visiting this place as they don’t prefer to receive digital payments!

Dal Bhat Thamel was my introduction to 'Dal Bhat Power, 24 Hour' in Nepal. The service was great. The location is good. And the momo's were some of the best we had in Nepal.

I liked it here. We went because of the good reviews on Google. The food was tasty. The place was really clean. It's located in a nice part of Thamel with other trendy food stalls and a rock climbing centre. The place accepts VISA card payment. We were served purified water. The price was reasonable too. Service from the staff was friendly. They serve hot butter on the rice and the wait staff come back often asking you if you want more rice or sides, I liked that I don't have to ask for refills and they just come every few minutes. Me and my wife were both very full. I enjoyed eating here very much.

My favorite place for dhal bhat and Nepali food in Thamel. Peanuts sadeko and momos are also wonderful. Personnell is very kind and welcoming. The place is very well decorated and maintained with lovely interior design. Looking forwars to coming back!
