My girlfriend and I spent 3 wonderful nights in Aarya Chaitya Inn. The Hotel is a family business and the director really knows how to treat guests. He was taking care of us like as for a family. The rooms are clean, very nice, you have access to warm water in the Kitchen, they have a huge terrace to chill and enjoy the sun and a wonderful green & colorful garden. There is also a very playful and lovely cat. It's very close to the Boudhanath Stupa and the whole area around is just perfect to stroll around and enjoy. 5 bright stars!

Such a great place, it started feeling like home and it will be next time! It is just few steps away from the stuppa, in a quiet little alley. Rooms are lovely, cosy and with loads of sun or light. Hot shower at any time, practical furniture and very very good beds! The garden is lovely, quiet and sunny. Breakfast is absolutely great and made to your taste. The welcome from Sundeep, and all the other staff is just great. So.. I used the word great 3 times, it says it all.

This is a great place to stay in Kathmandu. The hotel has everything we needed: a private restroom and shower, quiet space, nice garden view from the window, delicious homemade breakfast. Mr Sudeep is a great and friendly manager. He helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport. At first we only wanted to stay one night but changed our mind and stayed for the whole 2 weeks. They actually didn't charge us for the early check in and late check out, and the skipped breakfasts, which was quite impressive. The best thing about Nepal is its people. I highly recommend this place!

A few things made us really like this place: 1. Location - it is just 2 minutes walk through a convenient side entrance to the Buddha stupa. 2. Staff and service is great, especially Mr Sudeep, who is always willing to help and make our stay more comfortable. 3. The breakfast area has a nice garden and terrace setup, with birds often visiting the green space.

We found this place last minute, and they were able to accommodate us. It seems like a good price being so close to one of the most popular attractions in Kathmandu. Complimentary water, hot showers, the most comfortable beds since we arrived in Nepal a month ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty courtyard if you need to step out of the busy streets.

Wonderful stay during 9 days. This place has it all. Comfortable rooms, freshly made breakfast, beautiful terrace and most important are the people who work there — a dream team which makes you feel like at home! Will definitely come back (if conditions allow).

This is a modest, budget friendly family-run guest house that had everything I needed. I liked it so much I stayed there a second time on my return trip through Kathmandu. It has AC, hot water showers, friendly and helpful hosts, a tasty breakfast, deadbolts on the inside of the room doors to feel safe and very comfortable beds. And the electrical outlets will take any type of plug!

Beautiful little hotel, tucked away from busy roads & around the corner from the stupa. Sweet little garden (get a more quiet garden room) that is very beautiful and relaxing. From here you can easily a taxi to downtown Kathmandu. Close to the airport too.

My experiences in this Hotel were very depend of "haven't had any expectation". Value for Money is great. Very friendly Stuff. Located very close to biggest Temple of Kathmandu and close to Airport. Not reccommendable for people who expect luxuriously accommodation for Pinnuts price.

It was an affordable place to stay but the rooms were surprisingly very humid even during winters. Therefore I don’t recommend it!

the manager is not welcoming, we understand that you are not welcome, no blanket even though there are two beds, the sheets are dirty and stained

The staff here make this a great place to stay. Clean, close by the stupa, food is fantastic. This is where 8 always stay when I come to KTM!

Hotel staff and especially owner Sudeep are very hospitable and helpful! They go the extra mile to help you in anything you need. Breakfast is homemade and delicious! Convenient location.

What a beautiful place! I immediately fell in love with our room and the nice welcome by the reception and the owner. The garden is peaceful and pretty as well as our room and the whole area of Boudha. Loved my stay here! :)

Excellent option if you’re looking for accommodation in Katmandu. Comfortable and clean, not so far from the airport and the breakfast is great!

Staff are very friendly. Darshana was a great help! Love the staircase and sunny patio for clothes drying and exercise. Very clean blankets and towels and last but not least, very affordable!

We liked this hotel with very friendly staff and good breakfast that we enjoyed in the garden. Rooms a bit basic, but okay for us. Location excellent, very close to the stupa.

I had stayed there for few days. Room was clean. Staff were very helpful in particular manager mr Sudeep. He was so proactive and tried to accommodate any requests from his guests. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, especially for trips (or staying) at the Buddah Stupa. The rooms are simple but clean and the breakfast is very loving and delicious.

Fantastic experience: lovely people, great garden, clean rooms, super breakfast, and amazing service. I highly recommend the Aarya Chaitya Inn and for sure I will come back again. Another great plus is the location. Even so right in the center of Boudha, it is a quiet and tranquil place to be. Sudeep Shakya (Director) also has great recommendations on places to see, visit and have a wonderful time. I very much felt welcome, taken care of, and appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay, almost feels like home even if it was my first time in Nepal. Sudeep and his staff do an amazing work and are helpful to an infinite extent. I will definitely go back to that place when I come back to Nepal.

Best place to stay in Kathmandu. Rooms are very clean, relaxing garden and a very peaceful and quiet place! Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Our flight was delayed and they allowed us to check out late. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Wonderful, clean, friendly, comfortable hotel in an amazing location near the stupa. Beautiful garden courtyard where you can eat a delicious breakfast made to order. Family owned and super friendly. Feels like a home away from home!
