Nice clean Hotel in Thamel with all the Trekkers Shops, Money Changers and Restaurants around. The Hotel pick-up as well the staff is great.👍😍We had a great warm welcome at the Reception from Lady Laxmi which showed us also the room. The Owner or Manager was also very helpful with organizing trips or information. Food we also can recommend. At the Looby or the Roof Top Restaurant...the male staff was amazing friendly and served us like kings..thanks to ALL of them. Great value accommodation in the heart of bustling Thamel. Staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. Rooms clean and spacious. Extremely helpful manager who arranged an amazing short notice excursion for the 4 of us (Everest sightseeing flight). Tasty breakfast and kindly we got a coffee, plus pack up for our early onward journey.

"Where everyone knows your name" that line from Cheers sums up this friendly hotel. Clean spacious rooms, good Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. We slept well with little noise. Comfy beds firm enough that we had no backaches. The buffet was closed because it was slow season but the made to order breakfast was very good and delicious. We were in room 301 which included a queen bed plus single as well as bottled water. There was no safe but they brought one up for us. Honestly, we felt safe all the time. The location of the hotel in Thamel is central to everything without the noise of a busy highway outside. All we could want was a 5-15 minute walk away. In the lobby is a book exchange, bakery and bar. On the 6th floor is the restaurant which serves any type of food but watch out for the spice. Tell them if you do not want it spicy hot. You can get tours arranged downstairs at a good price. Be sure to leave at least a 10% tip in the box for the staff when you leave. They work hard for it.

The reviews are real. I'm very selective about my standards of hotels that I stay in. This definitely has to be one of the best. Mr Jaya was a superb host. He welcomed me not like q guest but as a family. He was involved in my travel planning. Was so detailed and perfect, being a guide himself before. Not only it was efficient planning but very cost friendly. Beyond all that, his service levels are immaculate and has to be one of the best. I'm saying this because I'm also in the service quality industry. He took care of everything during my stay and his leadership to his staff team shows as well. The entire team was great and always greeting with a smile and going the extra mile. Kudos to the Thamel Boutique Team. We stayed 9 nights during our vacation in Kathmandu. The room was very clean and comfortable. Drinking water, tea & coffee is available in the room. Very good breakfast. There is a nice cafe in the ground flour. The hotel stuff is very professional and friendly. They helped us with everything. Even the hotel manager came with us to the shop to help us to buy a SIM card in our first day. There are also daily tours you can get from the travel desk with reasonable prices. The location is very good and it is close to main attractions.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The service is amazing and the stuff and manager try to help you with any issue you might have. One of the best things is the location in the heart of Thamel. We book it every time we come to Kathmandu.

A great place in the heart of Thamel. Extremely clean, with comfortable beds and nice food, they even have a proper barista! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. The staff were delightful. Sandesh at the front desk was so amazing. He was on the night shift when we were there and was endlessly helpful and attentive to our needs. Such a genuine guy. Very impressed!

We stayed here for more then 10 days. The hot shower is one of the best you can get, even compare to countries outside Nepal. Friendly team and clean room made our stay very comfortable. Warmly reccomended place in Thamel.

I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Thamel, which is known as the hot spot of the city. It's surrounded by local markets that beautifully capture the simplicity and charm of the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast, as it didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, despite this. I had a fantastic stay.

A cute hotel in the heart of the Thamel. Friendly staff, super helpful manager, and in general - all are making their best for a pleasant and positive experience. Rooms are clean and tidy, the shower is of special good quality and worth mentioning. The only thing, is that it can get dark if you have a back facing room, so make sure to have a window and some sunshine coming in. Highly recommended and we will stay here again in the future.

My Stay in Thamel Boutique was really nice and awesome. I stay there for 3 days. This hotel is in the heart of thamel which makes it more beautiful from rooftop. Staff is very friendly and i really appreciate for their good service. Food is very delicious and healthy. The main thing about this hotel is it is very peaceful and relaxing, It really have comfortable, clean and beautiful room and washroom is very decent. They provide you best service for customer with discount. The view from rooftop is very beautiful during night time. I highly recommended everyone to stay in this hotel.

Good location, good room (a little small than other hotel rooms available at same rate) but we had an unfortunate experience. There was some group beside our room who were making lot of noise because of which we couldn't sleep throughout the night. Rooms aren't sound proof and you can hear even if someone is walking outside hallway. Also we couldn't find their parking and had to pay extra Rs. 200 for parking. So not recommended 😑

Very noisy environment! I couldn’t sleep whole night during my one of the stay there.. May be this hotel owners they wasn't only foreign guest because they want more money. Initially when there were no foreign tourists they attracted Nepali guest with quite a resanable price but when the customer begins to come regularly they hike the price. What this hotel owner should u understand is that a regular customer doesn’t keep on asking the price every time they come for stay. The hotel owner expressed very different attitude and presented rudely with me this time.. Atleast, what I feel is that they don’t have respect for nepali guest…

Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating; the rooms and facilities were beautiful and very clean; the food was very good; and the Manager, Jaya Ram Adhikari, went above and beyond to satisfy any need or complaint from every single guest. The staff is so lovely and welcoming you feel like a member of the Boutique family during your stay.

Ok ok hotel .. location is good right in Thames, although rooms were a bit congested with room height very less, food was not that great (breakfast and dinner)

I’m so happy I found this rare gem! Perfectly located, beautiful interior, huge comfortable bed, cleanliness at the European level and very kind and well trained staff! I felt looked after like in the Four Seasons while paying just a fraction of the price. The excellent breakfast was just an icing on the cake of a perfect stay. Next time coming in Thamel, I’ll definitely book again!

We stayed there with my friend for 3 days , service is nice .. hotel is clean .. location is great however i leaved my valuable things ( gold ) fully trusting nobody will take but coming back to dubai , only to find out . My Gold ring and Gold bracelet is missing 🥲 so don’t leave ur valuable things whenever u go out in ur room

Nice Boutique Hotel in the heart of Thamel. They offer good rates and the quality in return is a big plus. They have a nice cafe to order bakery items and drinks while you sit in the front lounge area or outside. It is quite comfortable to spend the day and quiet enough to not be disturbed. The staff here are attentive, professional and well mannered. Always welcome people when they enter and make sure you're treated with respect. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice stay in Thamel, with good service, professional staff or just sitting with a cup of coffee to relax.

Very convenient place to stay in Thamel!!! All the major night life places are at a walks distance!!! They were very accommodating on the timings to re-enter the hotel after hours... Like there's somebody always there to open the doors no matter what time you return !!! A very good bakery on the ground floor/ reception area!!!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Thamel Boutique Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The staff's of this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in thamel. Highly recommended for other to do visit once this hotel.

This hotel was so wonderful. Everything was nice the rooftop resturant with nice view and delicious food, staff 's are so polite and kind. And the manager of this hotel was so welcoming. Everything was so excellent, great.

First of all the management teams are well trained. We stayed there for 7 nights and they made our stay like we were in our own house . Manager jaya is a wonderful person . He is a lovely person he looked after our family very well. Would highly recommend . I can’t remember his name but the guy who served the breakfast every morning is a very skilful and hardworking person . Our kids loved him very much . I would definitely come back if I come to Kathmandu on my next visit . Thank you everyone from the housekeeping to the manger. Very well organised . 😍

Thamel Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice of hotel when staying in Thamel. It is surrounded with shops and restaurants and is a walking distance to the Garden of Dreams (10 minutes), Rani Phokara (20 minutes), Asan Bazaar (20 minutes), and to the Durbar Square (21 minutes). Mr. Jayah Ram, the hotel owner, is an amazing and helpful host. He also helped us in arranging our city tour and our pick-up and drop-off services. Ms. Aparna, the receptionist, the staff doing the daily housekeeping, all the staff serving our free daily breakfast and the ones overseeing the coffee/mini bar are friendly, efficient, and truly helpful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel the next time we visit Kathmandu.

The rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the amenities you need. The bathroom has a hot pan showerhead, and is supplied with all toiletries. The hotel manager is attentive and willing to support any needs, such as organizing transportation to other destinations. The staff also are superb. Breakfast is serviceable on the top floor of the hotel. Recommended.

This is one of the best stay I had so far from different places and different countries I have traveled. Good location near to all party places and shopping streets.
