During my stay in the hotel for a week i had a great time there as the hotel room was very relaxing. All the materials used in the hotel was Excellent as the bed was very comfortable with the service of hot and cold water. About staff what do i say they were too friendly and always there for your service. The room service gave me immense happiness.

They also arrange various trips, like Mountain Flight, Sightseeing, Car Service, etc , and their prices are cheaper than others. Service is Fantastic.

Rooms are extremely noisy, we asked for a higher floor with a good view but there are no rooms with a good view as all of them communicate with a common area. The restaurant was on top of us and was EXTREMELY noisy as they were dragging metal chairs around careless, also there was a hole in the wall communicating our room with the one next door and we could listen to everything all the time. The staff was helpful and offered to change our room. Water was hot just the first day and the pillows were filthy and yellow inside (we had to cover them with a sleeping bag). I never bother to do a bad review but as we were calling the lift to leave the last day, we found an unsupervised plastic bag inside in the floor full of chickens. That was unacceptable and I really wouldn’t recommend the place.

Been there two times during our stay in Nepal, for a total of 5 nights. Confortable and clean rooms with air con, nice buffet breakfast with great view from the rooftop. Good location in the heart of Thamel. But more important, tremendous service - courteous, friendly, helpful - from all the staff. 100% recommended if you are staying in KTM.

Located in the midst of thamel market that makes it convenient for shopping & whereabouts. Clean rooms & a good view for a rooftop restaurant. However there are a few drawbacks to this hotel. I had one such experience where in someone entered our room while it was locked. Incidents like these makes you wonder about the security and well-being of such places.

Clean and comfortable we will booked the standard double rooms but they are provide us deluxe room because of the standard room was fully booked , the staff of the reception 2 grills are so friendly and helpful, they are provide me early morning headyard it is very helpful for me, the buffets breakfast in 7 floors was so amazing and lots of veritas, arrange me the airport drop cab, hot shower and Wi-Fi was so strong, location was perfect for night life and shopping.

I visited last week. Hotel is good in budget at Thamel area. Overall experience is good. Room service is bit slow. Food is good. They have travel desk but I will recommend not to take vehicle from them as they will charge more than double of normal cost. You can easily get taxi from just outside of the hotel with very cheaper options. And as per my experience all drivers are very humble and honest.

Good customer service The hotel was a very clean and comfortable stay and the location was center . The breakfast was nice some time Indian and continental, rooftop terrace was very beautiful. hotel manger Basu so helpful he will arrange valley tour as well. lobby area is so big. recommended for budget travel.

Loved the hotel, staff is very well behaved and co-operative. Breakfast is complimentary, with choices like Puri, sabzi, corn flakes, pancakes, jam sandwich, with a choice of coffee or tea. Located in Buddha Gali in Kwbahal area of Thamel in Kathmandu. It is a good choice for a stay, as local conveyance is available nearby for visiting places like Durbar square, Swayambhunath temple, Pashupatinath temple etc. Local shopping is also possible in the numerous small shops dotting the area. A warning though for Indians, bargain like hell, all prices are mindlessly hiked. Happy staying!!

A great budget hotel right at the centre of Thamel with all basic amenities you need and a great affordable attached rooftop restaurant! The check in desk is manned 24 hours which was a great help as i arrived almost midnight. Luckily the hotel is known by all taxi drivers, so i had no problems arriving, however you would find it but tricky to find as it's slightly inside main Thamel Street. The 2 small signs can be missed. The staff are very helpful. Rooms are big and very clean. The hot water is ample and really hot. Beds are comfy. There are balconies at end of corridors so there's ample air and also a place for smokers without having to go out of hotels. A great feature is the rooftop restaurant where the serve magic breakfast and also a la karta lunches and dinners. The prices are above high street prices but affordable. There's also a good bar at this restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel before and after a trek. I was met at the airport after a long flight, by the hotel owner and his car and shuttled quickly to the hotel. My room was clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. A lot of value for the price! I had a delicious hot breakfast made to order every morning at their rooftop restaurant with a lovely view of the city. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Thamel, near great shopping for artisan crafts and special gifts, but on a side street so my room was very quiet. Every little thing I needed, from restaurant recommendations, to tourist advice to arranging transportation and shopping was handled quickly be the friendly hotel staff. After I returned from the trek, I had a knee injury and the staff brought my food, whatever I wanted, right to my room! I cannot recommend this hotel more highly! I felt right at home instantly. It was nice hotel. We stayed here for our transit trip to Saudi arabia. All the staff are very much friendly and professional. They have rooftop garden restaurant at top where they can provide a food and drinks service. We love the the place very much and like to recommend that place for all the traveller's who wa t to visit in Nepal.

Good property and location but poor maintainance. Aluminium doors has degraded the ambience. Latches in the room found broken. Place doesn't seem that lively despite of being such a lovely property. Had a great stay a few months back. Mr. Goku and Mr. Babu took great care of everything and were very very helpful with any request. We booked our trekking through the hotel as well and were very happy with it. We had narayan bhandari as our guide and I highly recommend asking for him! He took care of us like a mountain dad! I aslo really enjoyed the set breakfast every morning.
