Mike was most delicious & best breakfast at kathmundu,Nepal . i ordered breakfast & affogato coffee from mike. It was so so good. The food and coffee were exceptional, I recommend any one to enjoy the real taste of breakfast at Mike's breakfast. best part of Mike is its open for 24 hours breakfast.

This cozy restaurant is really amazing 🤩.The food are Great and Especially the Norwegian Salmon is best. If you're looking for restaurant with peaceful the I strongly recommend you to visit.

Tried this restaurant for breakfast at Lazimpat with my friend. The food was not great but not bad either. We tried had the Eggs Benedict and Special Waffle. The waffle was dried and the yogurt provide was watery than solid. It's not something I'll order again. The only saving grace in the special waffle I ordered was the fruits, which chef chopped them correctly, in correct proportion. The bread in the Eggs Benedict was not toasted. Potatoes and the hollandaise sauce were good. The soothing environment gives a great time to have breakfast. Food: 3/5 Price: 3/5 Parking: Yes Washroom Hygiene: 4/5 Staff: 4/5

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, drinks food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

A really delicious place to eat, with a lot of variety to choose from. I especially loved the Nutella Banana Crepe here. Highly recommended!!

Very tasty breakfast, and good service.

Wanted to try this place for breakfast as hadnt visited it in its new location. They have good parking and both indoor and outdoor seating and a lot of spacw which ia good. The food was pretty disappointing. We had the vegetarian breakfast burrito which was pretty bad, the Eggs florentine very ok but not something you will order again, the tomato and cheese omelette which was bad again. The only saving grace in the items ordered was the mushroom, spinach and cheese omelette which was good. Will we go back to this place for just 1 item again..No. the service was pretty ok. Overall the place can be avoided as there are much better breakfast options in Kathmandu. Also for vegetarians who don't eat eggs also wont recommend at all as very limted menu and whats available is not good either.

Went there for the first time since it shifted from its old place in Naxal. Had Mike special breakfast, was good. Place is spacious with a good ambience. There’s parking space for maybe around 10-12 vehicles. Will come back for dinner someday.

Our group of six enjoyed curry, several types of nan, quesadillas, spaghetti carbonara in a beautiful garden patio off the busy main road. The tables under a pomelo tree are a world away from traffic outside the gate. Friendly staff, international food with a Nepali twist, all delicious!

Lovely spot for brunch, slightly more expensive than other places in Kathmandu but worth it. Patio was pleasant and service was very good. We also thought the portion sizes were good for breakfast. Will certainly make a point of returning.

I was with infant kid for meeting with friends. Extremely friendly staffs for kids.we were offered extra care for kid. Even offered parent room n chair. Very rare to find such courtesy in ktm. Plenty of parking space too. Great location. Would recommend and would come back definitely. Food item were also worth value. Thanks.

Experienced something bizzare when I mistakenly parked my car in their empty lot...I was called in to meet the staff/manager like a criminal when it was raining like cats and dogs for parking fee. I mean the guard could have just asked for parking fee when I was living... I have been here couple time but this was very rude of them. Don't expect them to let common people to use their facilities in emergency as stated by mayor!!! Shame

The menu is a classic from way back. 10 years ago they would be packed for Friday lunch. These days it’s lonely. Ordered Cajun fettuccine (described as having red peppers) and was given “regular” fettuccine. The veteran waiter insisted it was Cajun. Why? Mikes gone and so is the execution. (And so are the customers)

Clearly is not a Mexican style breakfast if you want something Mexican you must search in Google Mexican restaurant in Nepal... but the juices are natural and coffee is very tasty , the apple pie portion it's really good but sticky.... you most wait from 30 to 45 minutes to have anything you asked. Service is good.

Its always fun to visit one of the oldest joints with good breakfast. But in my recent visit I was little disappointed, the breakfast here are served everything grilled or fried, does not serve any alkaline rich ingredients. Every breakfast needs something that cuts the oily part any food, some green veggies or tomatoes, fruits on the side. I think this every important. I would hope the management will consider this and create a more healthy experience in an already awesome place.

A bitter experience for Breakfast! I was there second time but really disappointed by their services. We ordered mixed fruit juice and Yogurt Fruits for breakfast. I got juice and the beginning but our breakfast did come until 45 minutes of ordered. I was late for the work and asked if our ordered breakfast was ready or not. Then the waiters talked to each other if they have got the ordered. But I can figure out easily that the person who took our ordered forget to give the order for cook. Had to get out of the place without having breakfast after an hour of staying. And very disappointed and sad that such a popular place has very poor services because our order is not that difficult to prepare as well.

Service was super slow. Pancakes were burnt, sent it back, got sent a cut up pancake. Told the server to ask why the chef did this, she said the chef wanted to check if it was burnt. He thought it was not so he sent the cut up pancake back to us. Didn’t eat the pancake. got charged for it in the bill anyway. Talked to them about it and had it removed. Thought breakfast set came with bread, no bread. Thought breakfast set came with a coffee, got charged for it too. Not a pleasant experience 👎🏼

I used to go to Mike's Breakfast when they only served breakfast. With the changing times, they added lunch and dinner which was good. I visited this newest site and thankfully the menu was the same except the prices were over the roof. Feeling nostalgic I ordered nachos (as majority of their food options are tex mex) To try something new, we also ordered meat lovers pizza and sizzler. Everything was really bad. Overloaded with cheese and beef on the sizzler was way overcooked to the point that it tasted funny. There are people who likes pizza with lots of cheese but her it was lots of cheese covered by a thick layer of cheese and few bits of meat. Same thing with nachos. We couldn't finish anything. Service was okay, like it should be. It is really sad to see your favourite restaurant downgrade like every other older restaurants in Kathmandu.

Nice place to have breakfast inside the valley. Though I haven't tried the special breakfast yet. I did enjoy the banana pancakes 🥞 they had. The ambience was nice too and the owners were super friendly. Will definitely be coming back for their special breakfast or brunch someday.

Normal place. More options for breakfast and lunch rather than dinner, maybe that's why it's called Mike's 'breakfast' and not lunch or dinner... Anyways, seemed a bit expensive for my taste, because I paid a lot for a normal hookah on a new year, but good cozy environment.

Worst breakfast I’ve had in KTM city. The smoothie was not a smoothie but blended yogurt with some flavour powder, the sausage Pattie was literally uncooked and liquid inside. Restaurant staff didn’t ask why we left our food uneaten, the service was terrible BUT the bill was hefty. You can have 10x better breakfast anywhere else at 1 third of the price.
