I was strolling around the streets of ktm when i found this pond unexpectedly. Seems peculiar to be in the middle of a concrete jungle yet felt happy to see how managed it was.

If you want a lowkey place, have a cup of tea, chatpate and enjoy local hotel dish and enjoy a lofy evening with friends. this could be a perfect place. Good place, quiet popular for the evening time walk, tea and chitchat along the pond.

This used to be my stop by place. After a long hours of dealing with people and things, it was quite an experience to be in the company of so many people yet not having to deal with anyone was fun. It could be more cleaner but it is peaceful indeed. If you love tea you'll find vendors with other eateries.

Good place but water in pond in bit polluted. There are beautiful fishes , those are satisfying.

This place is now transformed to a different avenue, circular sitting, water fountain as a perfect stop by for fatigue employees back from office. As Gahana is an ornament, Gahana Pokhari is a true ornament for Kathmandu people

Small but has very Hart for all the couple around the corner. Always welcomes the couple and many people for morning and evening walk. People enjoys sunbathing as well. Perfect for everyone.
