This hospital has good infrastructure and advanced machines. But services are worst. Uncomputerise Data storing. They use Notes for storing customer's data which makes things worst if the customer has revisit. Worst hospital with so poor and rude staffs. I recommend to all people, please let other hospitals be your first priority and Cutis as last. You will regret if Cutis is your option. I wasted 9,000 rupees for nothing, my wound didn't got Healed. Worst clinic and dermatologist service. Made me wait for 2 hours and doctor gave me 2 mins, didn’t even try to listen my concern properly and didn’t even bother to look at my skin, atleast have decency to look at the skin and tell the other concern properly. What a waste of time and money.

Worst experience! Everytime I Waited for almost an hour paying 700 to see doctor for only 1 minute. The doctor was super rude. Atleast pay attention to what your patient is saying. They just give the same medicine for all skin type. I have not seen any process on my skin but the doctor didn’t want to accept that. Worsttt. Never visit it again. Wasted more than 20k for nothing.Very expensive products too! They dont have any good cream for acne scars removal.

I had the worst experience in this hospital. As per the money charged for the consultation there's no proper procedure for it and the chair they made their client sit on is so uncomfortable. Being such a reputed skin care clinic how come they couldn't even afford one decent chair for their client? This shows a lot about their service. The nurses there are very rude which makes us very hard to have a proper interaction with them. I went there for Phototherapy and even when I reach there on time they make a fuss about us being late and argue that we are late. I had to do a full body phototherapy for which I shouldn't have any clothes on my body but there's no privacy in the room. They leave the door open sometimes after i finish my therapy which is completely unacceptable. This skin care clinic only attempts to gain money and fame. There's not even a ounce of care for the clients. WORST CLINIC EVER.

Heard about this clinic as a good one and booked an appointment for my skin treatment. My experience was horrible, had to wait for so long in the morning and could see the doctors were roaming around without caring our time. Talked about it with the staff and they seemed un-responsible and rude. Prescribed basic and irrelevant medicines, and even after a month I've no good results. Not recommended.

Worst skin clinic ever. Went here for my acne treatment. Dr Dharmendra put me on isotretinoin. After going on that medication , i had several issues like lower back pain and other health issues. Talked with him abt my problem after having this medication. He said its doesn’t happen with this medication there is no side effect of this medicine. My lower back pain got worse and worse. I consulted with him again and then he lowered my dose after going on for 6 months. After some time he said to stop the medicine and said the dose is complete. After few months my acne started flaring up again and it came back all over again. I visited him again then he said the dose is not complete and that i again have to take it for 6 more months. I mean like what the hell??? Dr Dharmendra’s mis-guidance and bad counseling ruined my time, money and health. 👎

At Cutis Care, Dr. Karn is full of himself. A couple of my friends had mentioned it before that he was rude to them but I experienced it myself during my visit (though several months before, I had to come back and write a review to share my experience) and will definitely not go back again and neither will recommend others to go there. I also noticed, he did not respect / honour his patients privacy, I think people are sensitive about their skin conditions (he should know more than I do) but he discussed and inspected his patients in front of others without even a curtesy of closing the door. He may be good at what he does (hypothetically speaking) but he needs to treat all his patients with dignity and respect they deserve. It seems patients are just a statistic or just another product in his factory line. Hope he and other Doctors like him in Nepal changes their ways. Though in self interest, it is a good thing that he is providing leaflets informing patients of the harmful Sun rays and promoting Suns Cream but don't prescribe/force it with everything.

I am a doctor myself, and I had been seeing Dr dharmendra karn for my acne problems since so many years (which still hasn’t been cured even after taking isotretinoin). I would call it my blind faith and trust in him that made me visit him time and again though none of my problems have been solved.. it’s been 8 years almost Recently I had visited his clinic for hair removal and also for acne scars removal by laser Not happy with anything at all I knew assistants do the procedure and that’s why I visited mediciti for my first sitting.. because that was too far and I thought I should see the same doctor who knows my skin ( my biggest mistake) and went back to cutis care. First of all they make you pay for procedure and then ask you to go buy medicine required for the treatment. (unlike other clinic and hospital) why are we paying so much then? it should be cheaper not including the medicine then! Secondly their Assitant are still learning I guess.. doctors don’t even see your skin before procedure. And I have a burn mark on my face.. that too from a hair removal procedure. Why? Because they were too stingy on using the gel, and the assistant doesn’t know the settings are supposed to be changed according different area and skin texture Anyway I won’t blame the Assitant, it’s the management who should take the responsibility… after texting and showing my scar the doctor had nothing to say.. He’s got his money right.. sorry I myself being a doctor I don’t treat my patients like this. He should be sued for things like this. May be then the reviews will be better Very disappointed and angry Never going to visit this clinic ever again

Not too expensive but Very good for the skin. I went for the first time and the medicine there is very good for acne. The doctors suggested good advice. And my skin was completely damaged. Later I started taking the medicine given there. Slowly, my skin became better. It's been a month and a half now that my skin has improved. So I am very happy. And thank you very much cutis care. It's one of the best skin hospitals in Nepal.. I really like it. And whoever goes to that hospital hopes they feel good.

I guess one of the worst clinic so far. Talking about the staffs first such a arrogant and unfamiliar well the doctors himself is a scammer who only believes to earn money with zero services. I went there for a treatment for later on he suggested me an elective product which has nothing to do with my condition, convicing me to but it forcefully. And the follow ups are so quick that the Dr. dharmendra karn took 2 seconds for every 5 follow ups without looking at his patient’s actual condition. Please guys avoid this clinic as possible the people rating it 5 stars are their relatives or staffs avoid this place that worth your money

They called me to get there by 3pm and I got on time. I waited almost 2 hours to see the Dr. Karna. Their waiting room, chairs, and surrounding are way worse than what one can think, like too many chairs and too long to wait. They do not even offer internet while waiting more than hour and hours. How could a person can sit there so long and not having a wifi on the phone while you are paying 700 rupees to just to see the doctor? I would suggest you to think before get an appointment. I first visited Cutis Care in the month of May. The problem I went there with lessened and my attending doctor was great. He gave me the best regimen to follow, but the grounds behind that one star are alot. Firstly, you guys really need to have a clear glance at how the staffs treat clients. Especially for the impolite reception staffs. Staff - client interaction is tough due to discourteous behavior of them. Writing "will try to provide better service to you in further days" is not enough. When is that further day coming? I wonder if you guys even understand what being in hospital environment is for us. Secondly, they do not explain about the medication or even the doses. One staff just wrote the f/u date while I was asking about the medicine and told me to visit on the mentioned date. Basic orientation works best in the situation where clients cannot figure out where to go than unnecessary communication in that point. Their tone of voice increases the anxiety. Understand no one is there to handle your tone and think about your mode and attitude. First visit was just fine, but then I somewhere regretted my decision of visiting Cutis Care due to all these reasons. They do not care about client's (my) time, money and problem. Here the staff's behavior to me was disastrous. I wrote it because I felt it and I'm so disturbed. Surely not recommending Cutis Care to anyone!

I would have give 0 star if I could. What a waste of time. Government hospitals are far more time efficient. Waited 2 hours on 1st floor and 2 hours on second floor. I was expecting at least some customers care after paying over 10k. But the service over here is absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else.
