The healthy food place is run by people who are passionate about "Food being medicine". I found this page in Google map while searching for a healthy food place and this was what I was trying to find in Nepal since forever. So happy place like this exist. 1. Healthiest Vegetarian food Option, no processed salt or sugar is used 2. Reasonable Price for Juice and food. 3. Clean Try food here, this place is vegan with the healthiest options. Recommended to try all the juices, Millet momo, Amritbhojan, Satvic Rotis, protein ball. We tried all of these when we went there for the first time. This place needs more recognition. Owners are extremely passionate about health and healthy food with tremendous knowledge. Go here, your body will thank you. 🙂

Wow, this is absolutely my most favourite place in Kathmandu, and even broader Nepal! I love places like this one, without the dling-dling of the "touristy-westerner" area, but with the purest intentions, most genuine products, and tons of creativity! On top of that, the sweetest and most honest smiles and prices. This wasn't just eating something; I left feeling good about how I nourish my body, and have new ideas for my own cooking. Thank you!

Superb vegan food run by local Nepal family! The restaurant is easy to find and super nice and clean. Food is absolutely fantastic and delicious. Everything here is plant based and vegan. Highly suggest trying the momo and beetroot roti! Fresh fruit drinks are healthy and soul filling. The dhal is really yummy :) Owner is super kind and friendly. Food is some of the best in Kathmandu! Must try!

Words can not describe the commitment and dedication of the people who runs this place. They serve incredible and delicious juices and food. This is a beautiful small boutique kind of place. It is near swayambhu nath Buddhist temple. This place is Heaven for vegan people. They are so knowledgeable about diet and it’s effect on health. Absolutely a must stop. Highly recommended.

Wow, this place is such a luck! Amazing simple but non-that-usual menu, very clean vegan food and real juices. Also vegetable juices, the pumpkin one was the best I ever had. People that run the plays are just amazing, welcoming and very friendly, food served fast, and you can feel it’s made with much love. Whenever I am in Kathamnadu, will be my main food stop.

A real gem serving delicious and homemade vegan delicacies and juices next to Temple overlooking Kathmandu. Many locals and monks from nearby temple visiting this place. I ordered so much that the man asked whether it would be too much for me… but I assured him based on the first dish I tried and the juice I wanted to sample as much of the menu as possible. I loved his place. The ABC juice is just fantastic and everything in the menu is very healthy. That's exactly what I need it. If you visit the Monkey Temple don't miss this spot, to eat o to drink a delicious and healthy juice.
