Worst coffee place I've ever been! Service is absolutely terrible as we stood there waiting for our food for more than an hour. On several occasions I asked our server where our food was she responded with nothing more than a stutter and a grunt like she was mentally checked out or something! This is completely unacceptable and I will never return to this place again! When the food finally came it was not even that great and our drinks had completely melted at that point. We were not offered an apology or even a discount. Absolutely disgusting and I'm shocked this place has so many good reviews. This has been my worst service experience of my entire life!

Coffee has amazing location nearby to Patong beach, i loved the food and presentation but there's a problem which changed my mind. Why a supposedly premium coffee shop have a dirty toilet and the water was leaking something weird and deserve attention and made me think about their attention to hygiene

This is a chain place. I think there’s more coffee clubs than Starbucks from what I’ve seen. They have breakfast and coffee but at an upscale price. You can get a coffee here for 150 but on the motorcycle Thai coffee is only 25-50 baht. Then again the vibe is totally different. Had a açaí bowl and coffee it was kinda small but good. If you want a franchise vibe check this place out.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but not the best at prioritising their workload. With that comes lack in service and in time. Orders are forgotten or delayed. The food is at a good, you might find that some portions are on the smaller side. Ordering Western food, you will find that the portions are good, and when ordering some Thai dishes, the protein in dish is on the smaller side. With that not reflecting the pictures on the menu.

I have eat and drink here almost everyday during my 5 days trips to phuket. Food and drinks taste great. The price is ok. The place is clean and have plenty of seats. The waitress, Ninew, is very friendly. She recommended about the membership program for the coffee club (if anyone plan to eat here at least once, should register for some free drinks and dessert).

Aesthetic, expensive, western food but the worst service we have experienced in Thailand in 10 days. We arrive just after 12pm for lunch, we pick a table and spend 10 minutes trying to get the server (who turned out to be the manager) to see we are ready to order. We order and they bring our drinks but no cutlery, like the other tables received. We hear the kitchen bell ding several times but the servers don't seem rushed - seems more like the chef's impatience with servers than actual orders. We then wait till 12:50pm (40 minutes since ordering) to receive the WRONG food. There weren't any apologies or "we'll get the correct food straight away" as anyone who has worked in the service industry would know. We then wait till 13:10pm and still have no food. Fruit flies are buzzing around our empty glasses (we were inside). We ask to pay for our drinks and leave and they say our food is "ready", so we sit back down but don't see it in the kitchen window. Staff don't rush over or show any interest and go back to wondering around. We wait till 13:15pm and say we have had enough. I translated that we have been here for 75 minutes and want to leave. They talk amongst themselves and finally find someone who takes our food off the bill (who knows where the 'manager' went!) but they still add their 10% service charge. Don't come here if you are hungry or expecting any service.

Ging recommended crispy pork with fried egg pad kra prao! It was so good!! Also ordered somjeed soda, it was perfect for the hot weather 🫶

When I visit Thailand, I prefer to dine in the Coffee Club. Because I'm sure that hygiene and the quality of food is excellent there. Today I had breakfast, and lunch there. The food is amazing. The service is excellent. Nan is very professional and she expresses good positive vibe. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful cafe that serves some of the finest coffee and muffins. They have chain of outlets all over Thailand. We ordered both cold and hot coffee with blueberry and choclate muffin. I'm sure all other products must be equally delicious as the ones' we've tried. Must visit place in Thailand.

Visited this restaurant three times during my stay in Phuket. Food was super delicious, fairly priced and staff very friendly.

Breakfast was average, and made more average by the fact that they not only forgot the extra sausages I added, and had to bring them five minutes later, but they also completely forgot the hash browns. It was very hard to get the serving staff's attention, so I just gave up on them in the end - mercifully they weren't on the final bill. The milkshake was a nice treat though, and suitably thick and creamy. However, that does not make up for the poor service, so it's one star from me.

Very nice place to grab some breakfast. The atmosphere inside was very nice and comfortable. Ordered piccolo latte and Kao Tom Set. It was so freaking good. I added the pork, Chinese sausage and Thai omelette. Once added to the boiled rice it was amazing. To describe the dish I would say it’s a breakfast rice soup and it was AMAZEBALLS. My partner ordered these amazing strawberry waffles which came with freaking ice cream (that threw me for a loop) There are several locations and I’m sure they are all just as great. Definitely give them a try!!!

A delicious, very clean and elegant breakfast place

I was looking for a good breakfast early in the morning, and I found it. I got too much food and couldn't eat it all. Everything was delicious and very well prepared.

Amazing breakfast. So clean and well presented. Nan3 was a great waitress and helped us with our choices. Really good experience and will definitely be having breakfast and brunch here during our stay. A wide range of foods and everything is so fresh. The truffle sauce is to die for. Highly recommend

Noticed many outlets of The Coffee Club in Phuket & went to this next to surf club. It's afternoon & decided to try their Strawberry waffles with fresh cream. Had also wanted order their cheesecake, but sadly it was still frozen & not ready to serve. For drinks, ordered an Iced Cappuccino with coconut milk, it's quite bitter coffee & could not taste any coconut. After waiting awhile, the waffles was served hot & with a scoop of ice-cream! Really enjoy the nice texture of the waffles & filled with many strawberry! Gotto try this if you are a strawberry lover!

One of the best coffee I went to when I was in Phuket. The coffee taste good and the desserts as well. What I loved most about their dessert its not that too sweet. Totally worth the visit!

Pretty good place to visit for a quick desert or have a meal if you’re tired of Thai food (although they also have Thai food). The food quality here is decent and they have some interesting spin on classical dishes. For example, the Caesar salad is deconstructed. Wouldn’t normally expect that at a coffee shop.

The food and drinks are very nice! Especially the truffle mushroom cream sauce pasta! The espresso has too much ice so the taste is more like Americano! The only thing I dont like about it is the toilet! It is too wet! Hope they can fix it!

One of the key points of coffee shops such as this is fast service. I had 45 minutes to wait for an important appointment nearby so thought it would be a good idea to grab a coffee and quick snack. I ended up having to leave it part eaten in order to ensure I was not late for my appointment. So why? The shop was not particularly busy there were empty seats, there was ample staff available however they were otherwise engaged either chatting or monitoring their social media presence. Whoever was meant to manage them was either incompetent or AWOL. To help to clarify the matter the coffee arrived in a fairly timely manner however the snack was quite another matter. It was actually ready and sitting in the service area for over 10 minutes before waiting staff got round to bringing it too me.

Relatively quiet air-conditioned spot to escape the bustle of Patong. Had the signature eggs benedict with bacon, would definitely recommend. Staff were friendly and efficient, not too expensive.

Kan made my partner and I feel welcome the moment we stepped into the cafe. She suggested I order the chicken cashew nuts with rice as I could not decide what to order. . I was not expecting Thai food to be served at the cafe and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks here. Thanks Kan for your hospitality, we will be back for sure!

Absolutely on mark food. Everything we ordered including vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was great. Smash Avocado, pancakes, yoghurt muesli etc. Their mushroom soup and poached eggs are the best I have had ever anywhere!! Totally loved the food. Service was good although a little slow at times. Great location too!

I strongly recommend everyone to come here for açaí bowl. The staffs, who are Ship, Nina, Sun, are very friendly and welcomed me since I entered the cafe.

There are allot of choices in patong for breakfast, but if you want great food with a smile, I highly recommend heading into the coffee club, Nan was so sweet, making sure I was happy with my meal and coffee..

Nice ambiance and decent food, BUT the FLIES ruined the meal. There were so many, landing on our drinks, food, our skin - it was a needlessly painful experience; and the waitering staff seemed not to care at all that we were visibly affected by it. Disappointing, since it’s air conditioned and entirely indoors. Why are so many flies landing on me??

Seriously 🤪 Coffee Club at 10% Services Charge on top of a tax invoice for what for who? I don't understand what extra services you provided to you're customer's and me? Your prices are inflated already compared to other establishments. Clearly, you're ripping off your customers. Why don't you put up a big sign on your front door saying 10% Services Charge? And let's see how your businesses work. Your double dipping.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do registered for their member to get a free coffee. The kids meal is very worth it too!!

First day my wife said the food was very good. 2nd day we went She said it was bad guacamole was brown. But I liked my food both days.

I can't understand the good reviews. The food is ok. The coffee tastes good. But for the price and quantity I can't recommend this cafe. There are much cheaper alternatives in the area where you get more for your money.

Fantastic service by Ninew in this cafe! We are returning after 4 years with a bigger family of our own now and it didn’t disappoint! The service crew Ninew also gave our 2 little girls some some coloring papers with crayons so they were entertained! Well done! And of course, the best latte and cakes and the overload choc drink is a must have!!!

Amazing coffee, refreshers, and food. Nice place to get some work done, too. Nadia is always taking care of us and making sure our experience is great. Favorite spot.
