Some
of
the
food
we
ordered
was
really
good.
However
what
spoiled
the
fun
was
their
denial
that
they
had
given
us
an
almond
croissant
that
was
either
not
baked
properly
or
was
stale.
They
refused
replacing
it
-
so
I
paid
for
another
cream
croissant
which
turned
out
really
good
-
just
proving
my
point
that
the
one
they
gave
us
first
was
bad.
Any
good
customer
oriented
restaurant
makes
reasonable
amends
for
the
food
that
is
not
up
to
the
mark
for
a
customer,
but
not
here.
And
mind
you
this
is
not
a
cheap
place,
at
least
for
breakfast.
They
lost
a
repeat
customer
with
their
customer-can-go-to-hell
attitude.
Edit
after
the
response
from
the
restaurant
-
Dear
owners
of
the
restaurant:
you
are
making
things
worse
for
yourself
with
such
a
childish
response.
If
you
were
mature,
you
would
not
resort
to
slandering
your
customer
as
"cheap".
You
are
just
proving
to
me
and
others
who
read
your
response
that
your
customer
service
is
truly
abysmal.
More
power
to
you
if
personally
demeaning
someone
gives
you
happiness.
Coming
to
the
factually
incorrect
statements
such
as
"you
ate
it
all".
This
was
simply
not
true.
Firstly,
it
was
my
young
daughter
who
was
eating
it
and
not
myself.
Like
most
kids
she
cannot
understand
the
cooking
nuances.
It
was
me
who
noticed
the
croissant
wasn't
good
when
she
was
halfway
through.
I
showed
it
to
you
and
you
said
that
"it
is
made
like
that
only".
And
then
I
sent
the
remaining
half
back
saying
that
I
do
not
want
my
daughter
to
eat
this
after
you
took
no
steps
to
replace
it.
This
was
what
happened.
The
readers
can
decide
for
themselves
which
side
of
the
story
they
would
want
to
believe
in.
My
review
was
quite
fair
-
I
praised
most
of
the
food
if
you
care
to
read
it
with
open
eyes.
And
I
rightfully
criticized
what
was
not
good
-
the
customer
service.
This
is
what
an
honest
review
is
supposed
to
be.
