recently
visited
this
café
in
Phuket
Town,
and
I
must
say
that
the
place
itself
is
very
attractive
and
the
seating
is
quite
comfortable.
However,
my
experience
with
some
of
the
staff
members
left
much
to
be
desired.
Upon
arriving
at
the
café
with
my
pregnant
friend,
I
kindly
requested
if
we
could
have
the
menu
brought
to
our
table.
One
of
the
staff
members
seemed
visibly
displeased
by
my
request
initially,
but
eventually
handed
over
a
menu
after
I
explained
the
situation
regarding
my
friend's
pregnancy.
This
initial
interaction
left
a
bit
of
a
negative
impression.
Later,
when
I
approached
the
counter
to
inquire
about
ordering
through
the
iPad
menus,
the
same
staff
member
once
again
gave
me
an
unfriendly
look.
This
made
me
feel
somewhat
uncomfortable
and
unsure
if
I
had
done
something
to
upset
her.
In
an
attempt
to
clear
the
air,
I
apologized
and
mentioned
that
I
might
have
unknowingly
caused
any
inconvenience
by
asking
for
assistance
with
taking
the
menu
to
the
table.
While
the
ambiance
of
the
café
is
undeniably
pleasant,
it's
important
to
note
that
customer
service
plays
a
significant
role
in
shaping
the
overall
experience.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
staff
can
work
on
their
communication
skills
and
approachability
to
ensure
a
more
welcoming
atmosphere
for
all
customers.
Despite
the
less-than-ideal
encounters
with
a
few
staff
members,
I
would
still
recommend
visiting
the
café
for
its
cozy
setting
and
comfortable
seating.
However,
it
is
my
sincere
hope
that
the
management
takes
note
of
these
observations
and
addresses
the
issue
to
provide
a
consistently
positive
experience
for
all
customers.
Overall,
I
believe
that
constructive
feedback
can
lead
to
improvements,
and
I
trust
that
the
café
will
take
this
opportunity
to
enhance
their
customer
service
and
provide
a
more
enjoyable
experience
for
everyone
who
visits.
