This has got to be the smallest IKEA I have ever been but so far also my favorite! The size means you find what you need right away minus the fluff and the giant crowds and even their cafe is not crowded for its size. Which means I can enjoy my plant-based meatballs, buy my lighting fixtures and shop for new cutleries all within minutes away from one another whiteout having to get myself lost in a maze of distractions and a ton of people by the check out counter.

UPD: IKEA has an amazing team! A few months ago I wrote my review about IKEA’s not pet friendly rules. Today, I came again. And discovered such a big change in their pet policy! Now every visitor can bring their dog up to 15 kg in a bag. If you don't have your own bag, a security guy will provide it for you! It's very very sweet that you are so considerate of animals and their owners) thank you 🐾 ———————— Previous review: I have always been a big IKEA fan. And not only as a store, but as a Brand. Unfortunately, the IKEA store in Phuket disappointed with its anti-animal policy. Me and my little dog (which I carried in my arms!) were kicked out of the store. Didn't expect this from a Swedish brand. We are even allowed into Home Pro with him regularly.

A great place to buy stuff and get food! — like Bangkok’s IKEA (just smaller), this IKEA provides the best services and cozy feel. We love the food there (and cheap high-quality craft coffee). You can get just about everything you need for your home — from furniture to food. If you have an IKEA family card from elsewhere, it works here too for discount and 2 free cups of coffee or tea per day! A must visit for quality products (and food).

A little unnerving for a first time visitor as one was unsure about the procedure to follow. After browsing through the physical store, cottoned on to the fact that the true treasure trove lies in their online catalogue. Was guided through the procedure by the lovely Khun See, who also prompted me to get a membership card. Had to ofcourse head to the cafe for some very satisfying meatballs post a successful shopping trip. Outstanding food at a very reasonable rate.

It's OK..... Not like our ikeas in Melbourne, the problem is there English is not great and also anything you order has to be brought down from Bangkok. So there is always a 5 day turn around before you get your stock. Also they only give you less then 48 hours to pick or or else you loose out... It's also a real pain that you have to to a different place to pick up once it came from bangkok!.... Not ideal!

it is not a store with a large floor area, therefore the selection is much narrower than in other IKEA stores. it has a restaurant, so you can eat and drink. There are mainly furniture, kitchen equipment and bed linen

A tiny IKEA, but they sell knife, vork & spoon sets, and other good priced kitchen utility. We peddle bicycled from phuket town (7km).

Great store, small but has all you need. Very helpful staff today called Khun Nat at Cashier, went out of her way to help me get my IKEA FAMILY membership number. Thankyou Khun Nat for your swift help, getting all the stocked items I needed🙏

It is unusually small for me IKEA, but contains a lot of things, but I didn’t find almost any Christmas items from the site

I like to spend time there because they have some food and a lot of things but I think that I don’t liked, service. Staffs are not nice

A very small IKEA market. If you found something then you will be informed by the employee that it has to be ordered from Bangkok. You can really save yourself the trip to this IKEA market.

They have some articles which you have to pre-order. Otherwise collection is good!

Excellent shop. A wonderful showroom and a lot of goods to buy, it is also possible to order goods from stock. In the cafe you can eat and drink delicious coffee with dessert

Very cosy shop but rather small. Has everything needed or you can order for missing items to pick up later. Kids lover very cheap self serving soft ice cream. Cafe has delicious coffee ☕️

Easy to shop, nice restaurant, friendly experienced staff. There are always interesting and fun events for IKEA Family members and shoppers alike. This month was a tea blending class and customer bedding competition.

You can order items online and pick them up there. It's a small ikea but all the things you absolutely need are there

Very different from US Ikea. But have similar items and inexpensive soft serve (8 baht!). Staff was friendly and helpful. Delivery fees are very reasonable.

Is the point of ordering and then distributing the products that we ordered from here and on the website The size is not very large when compared to Bangkok. There is a coffee corner for sale. Filling bread, delicious, inexpensive, tasty coffee, enough to cover the parking lot. . Notice Here the emphasis is on product distribution, so the show is very small. Suggest to see the way, not different, or have time to go to see the products at Bang Yai or Bang Na, two or more times, can order

3 or 4 stars... Difficult! Their selection is so darn small... Compared to the other 2 (Bangkok) who are over the top huge and need to bring camping gear to spend the night.... Crazy big... 555 Perhaps time for IKEA to open a medium size store? The one in Phuket is the smallest I have ever seen, and I have visited quite a few in different countries and continents. It's good it's here, if you are looking for "IKEA experience"... You will have finished the store in 10 minutes, if you walk slow....
