UPDATE ON MY REVIEW FROM 4 DAYS AGO tonight was very disappointing, waiting so long to get someone to take our order (while waitresses are not busy, just talking to each other at the bar..!) I ordered the gnocchis, the taste was ok but the portions was soooo small. 6 pieces of gnocchi for a main, this is not normal ! Tiramisù was dry (probably from yesterday !) and the panacotta was definitely not homemade as the waitress told us, you could see that it was industrial. 4 days ago: Pizza was nice. A bit expensive Bad customer service. They jump on you in the street to get you in, as soon as you are in nobody takes care of you. Had to wait a while to pay and it was not busy at all.

I would not recommend this place at all. The food is of poor quality and overpriced. We have spent as we could spend at one of those fancy restaurant near the shore. It's also unhealthy and oily, which is a big turn-off. To make matters worse, the service is bad, and the staff is not friendly or attentive. To top it all off, I even encountered broken glasses during my visit. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1-star for four cheese risotto that was basically Thai steamed rise with cream. Bravo! Other dishes were below expectations for mid range Italian restaurant. Didn't try pizza. Highly not recommended.

Authentic cheesy pizzas baked in a wood oven! This is one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve visited in Patong for fresh and authentic pizzas baked in a wood oven. The pizzas were such a hit with my family! My daughter’s face was brightly lit while devouring the pizza which was oozing with generous amounts of cheese. The atmosphere was very inviting and the lovely service was a nice touch for an enjoyable experience. They also have a lovely terrace setting with an exotic beach view.

Expected more from the pizzas tbh (no mozzarella, not as good tomato sauce ...). The pasta seemed a better choice. The portions are quite big, so you'll leave with a full stomach.

If you want to taste Italy without being there, you need to visit this restaurant. The service is excellent, and the girl who stays down in the street with the menu is so funny ( Ciao amica) ,The pizza is a REAL one. The owner, Mauro, is an extraordinary man .He came to our table to speak with us. Thank you so much.

Stopped in here on a sweltering Sunday evening starving and thirsty. Cheese must be very expensive in Thailand because most pizzas here are very skimp on cheese. Determined to overcome this, i ordered the 4 cheese pizza here at Roma Da Mauro on the beach road. It was very cheesy and pretty good. Good size for Thailand standards. My wife got a seafood salad which she said did not smell or taste fresh. We did see a large cockroach on the outdoor balcony seating area while we sat inside in the comfortable AC. I’m guessing this is normal for Thailand especially 100m from the sea. Spray some bug chemicals every couple months, should clear it up. Male server was less than friendly, females were fine.

Honestly, for the location, the price and what’s expected, this is good. Forgive the half eaten portion pictures. The prices are comparable to Bangkok. Compared to other places in Phuket, it is expensive, but it’s also near walking street. Very few places late in the evening 11-12am have open restaurants with A/c, but this place does. The food is good, and even though it’s not the best you’ll ever have for the price, it really hits the spot and fills you up.

Food was OK. Nothing great. Price is a little bit high. Servers not very friendly or helpful. No thousand island dressing... Note to self: I won't eat here again.

Pizza Calzone is terrible. No good taste. Pasta Seafood lots of butter so got destroyd. Very expensive. Not worth it! End up with ear almost nothing and paid to much! Asked if the pizza is good. Told there is a Italian chef make it. Did not see that at all!!!!

Ingredients not in a great quality. Pretty basic/low quality taste. We had pasta and it was over cooked. Ravioli very dry. Portions were large on Thailand standard. Prices like in Italy. Restaurant build in 1985 and inside remain still the same I think. It didn’t improved much. Very old and dirty. We sat on two different tables and both had holes on table cloth. Not worth coming here.

We ordered pizza and chicken lasagna and both were just awesome. The pizza was as authentic as it can get. Must visit place if you're craving for Italian food in around Patong Beach

So far, this is my favorite Italian restaurant. Their pizza and pasta are great, and there are many Halal options. The staff and the owner are pretty helpful and respectful, and the prices are decent in comparison to what you can find in Patong, I'd definitely revisit if I had the chance.

I can t believe i travel so far from Europe to find this amazing food. With original italian ingredients and recepies. Amazing food. HUGE PORTIONS ! My photos will speak for me :)

Craving for PASTA,after 2weeks roaming around Thailand and we see this Resto that serving HOMEMADE but its far from homemade the Pasta was full of all porpuse cooking cream so disappointed!. I force to eat Pizza with my husband but also the Piza was not delicious! The waitress also not friendly Paid for 610🙄

We picked this restaurant partially because it was air conditioned, but it was still very warm inside. Extensive menu and the food was very good. Servers drop everything at one end of the table for you to sort except very hot dishes.

Good effort at pizza and nice atmosphere on Beach Road. Price is a bit high for what you get but they try to make the experience feel like an Italian restaurant. Pizza market is competitive in Phuket and they try to stay in the middle of the pack. Advantage is they do make their own dough and make full size pizzas so it's worth trying if you take out the family after a day on the beach.

At least they have a goof pizza, not so great but eatable. The calzoni was better than the pizza itself. Would I recommend it?! Yes will do its the best pizza in Patong.
