The food is neatly and beautifully arranged on plates. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and classy. Good service staff. All menu items are named in a flashy way. I would like to give Pad Thai number one out of all the dishes I ordered today. The price is moderate in my opinion.

We went for their set menu. The food was excellent, and the service was great too. Would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for some high quality food. It is also pretty good value for money in my opinion. It’s also very easy to reserve a table here through the Chope app.

It offers good value lunch deals, which come with an entree, main, dessert, and a drink. My favorite dish was the crab cake. It was perfectly fried and had real crab meat inside, and it was flavorful. The pandan drink was also refreshing and had a subtle sweetness. The other dishes I tried were average and less memorable. If you are not a fan of super spicy food, I would avoid the tom yum soup, as it is quite spicy. The service was good and attentive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We are a group of 13 pax. We ordered many dishes, we asked for white rice and i was told it was sold out and unavailable. I feel that it is not acceptable. We have to go to other restaurants to purchase white plain rice. I feel that it is not acceptable at all. Secondly the service is quite good. No issues on that. Food wise, I do seems is overrated.

Best reviewed restaurant in Central Festival for a reason. Go pass the food court straight to the third floor you won't be disappointed. Cracking set deal for 399 baht. Old fashioned Thai food bursting with flavours done perfectly, what more can you ask for. Well the service was impeccable by our Fillipino waiter who even introduced us to one of their Thai chefs. The mother company is Blue Elephant expect the best.....Irvin our lovely waiter even gave us a free gift of dried mango and their business card...

Decided to try out this place because of the reviews. We went about 3PM and it was empty, we thought it was closed. Took awhile for the waiter to seat us as there was no staff around. The food was good, tasty and the portion was huge. Their pad thai was flavourful and their tom yum soup was creamy. Price wise was abit expensive but it was located at a prime location so was expected.

Very nice Thai restaurant in central mall. We tried tofu Penang curry and pad Thai. Both were great. The only thing i would instruct them if i visit again is that i would like more curry and less tofu. Service was good.

Visited this outlet sometime end of March for lunch. We were a group of 6 people comprising of elderly and a child and we were not allowed into the restaurant and was told that the restaurant was full even though we could see that half of the tables at front of the restaurant was clearly empty. Despite us telling one of the waitress few times that the elderly in our group was already tired and hungry and could they just arrange a table for us the waitress insisted no table without and the rest of the other waiter and waitress just stood inside the restaurant looking unbothered and uninterested. Have never encountered such bad Thai hospitality in my many years of visiting Phuket and other places in Thailand. Therefore in my opinion this has given Blue Elephant a bad impression and would not recommend this outlet

We were greeted and accommodated beautifully by the amazing server Aomiize, who made adjustment to our order based on our dietary preferences perfect. She was very guiding when browsing the menu and made us make the best food choices based on our unique taste. Our service was perfect and the food was very delicious and yummy to the point where we visited this restaurant three times in a row for 3 days! I even came to celebrate my birthday here and the staff was very accommodating and kind especially Aomiize who we had beautiful encounters with all three times! I will definitely come again when in Phuket and might just come back just for Aomiize and the beautiful and delicious food!

Best restaurant in Phuket, don’t let the fact that it is placed in a shopping mall fool you.. the design, the atmosphere, attention to detail, wonderful service and stunning food!! really makes this place one of the best places to dine in at Phuket (we’ve been traveling around the area for almost 3 weeks now). I must mention the amazing Erwin that really made us feel welcomed and took great care of us every time we came to the restaurant, he made our experience that much better.

Visited this place because of the other Google reviews and definitely wasn't disappointed. It's one dish meals, rather than multiple dishes for sharing. Had the set menu, the starters were great and the mains were no slouch either. Delicately flavoured and well balanced, this is very refined Thai food at rather reasonable prices for the quality. Service was great as well.
